It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room - 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, terrace, solarium/terrace and a large private pool, all set in a lush garden with gated driveway for parking.

Changeover day
Changeover day : This can be Flexible dependant on your flights. Guests can access villa from 3pm onwards on day of arrival. Vacate villa by 10.30am on day of departure.

The spacious accommodation is well furnished with good quality furniture and appliances, offering comfortable living for up to 8 people. The villa has air-conditioning, heating and is suitable for all year round occupation. The pool is available from March - end October.

Accessibility
Villa is accessed via a small set of steps and is therefore not suitable for people with impaired mobility.

The villa boasts a large 32 square metre private swimming pool with Roman Steps and underwater lighting. Natural stone surround with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs. Outdoor shower area, plenty of space for alfresco dining. BBQ provided.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches of Avsallar and Incekum. 20 minutes by car to the famous Cleopatra beach at Alanya.
Golf
Golf is available 45 mins away.
Skiing
It is possible to ski in the Taurus mountains in winter.
Travel
The villa is a 60 minute drive from Antalya Airport. Car Hire recommended. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged.

5 minute drive to Avsallar Town Centre. 5 minute drive to Avsallar & Incekum Beaches. 20 minutes to Alanya City Centre, Castle, Beaches and famous nightlife/clubbing area. 40 minutes to Manavgat Waterfalls.

Booking notes
Prices quoted are for the rental of the villa for 1 week (7 nights). Deposit on booking £150 per week (non-refundable). Balance to pay : 50% within 12 weeks of arrival date. Final Payment: 6 weeks before arrival date. Security deposit: £100.00 (100% refundable 7 days after hire). Airport transfers + Car Hire by arrangement. Prices include: Cleaning, laundry before arrival based on a 1 week stay, additional cleaning & laundry costs to be paid by guests locally. Booking to be made via phone/email.
