Villa Rose is an air-conditioned villa ideal for couples and family holidays. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with dining area, and a large lounge with satellite TV, DVD, CD player and wifi. To the front is a private pool, terrace and garden, with a further large garden at the rear, both of which are ideal settings for relaxing during the day and enjoying drinks, or al fresco dining of an evening. The villa is in a quiet residential area, 30 minutes walk from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye with its bazaars, shops and restaurants, and within 30 mins walk of Calis beach. A short bus drive away is the famous beach of Olu Deniz.

The villa is cleaned on a Monday. Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included and changed every week when the villa is cleaned throughout. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival. |

Notes on accommodation
This gated villa has its pool and terrace at the front of the property and a large garden at the back furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. This villa is situated in a quiet setting and is ideal for family holidays as well as for couples looking for somewhere to relax.
Accessibility
Fethiye town and Chalis beach are a 30 minute walk from the villa. There is a local shop for groceries just 5 minutes on foot. Should you decide to take the bus to the beach the bus stop for Chalis beach and the blue lagoon of Olu Deniz is only 2 minutes walk away.
Outside
At the front of the villa is a large sun terrace, flowers and rose bushes (from where the villa gets its name), and a good-sized private pool measuring 10 x 4.5 metres, and 1.4 metres deep. The terrace is fully furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, while the large garden at the back of the villa has a table and chairs and a BBQ for dining al fresco.
Coast/Beach
The sea is 500 metres from the villa. Popular Calis beach is a 30 walk from the villa, while the beautiful beach of Olu Deniz is 30 mins by bus (the bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the villa). Fethiye harbour can also be reached on foot, where boat trips leave for 12 islands, Gocek and Chalis beach, all at reasonable rates.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman (approx 45 minutes drive) and flights are direct from the UK. Transfer to and from the airport is usually by private taxi or minibus. We can arrange transfers and car hire from Fethiye at very reasonable prices.
Distances
Fethiye town centre: 30 min walk. Calis beach: 30 minute walk. Olu Deniz beach: 30 min drive. Patara beach is less than 40 min drive and the picturesque resort of Kalkan is under an hour away. Other local attractions are easily accessible, such as Xanthos (the ancient capital of Lycia), the sunken city of Kekova, the ghost town of Kayakoy, the rock tombs of Tlos, Demre and the Church of St Nicholas (Father Christmas) and Saklikent Gorge. Daily boat trips from the harbour are also available.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a refundable £200 damages deposit, which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday. Flights are not included in the price of the villa.
