Shared magnificent outdoor pool where you can enjoy sea views whilst swimming. Site is also equipped with a gym and tennis court/5 a side pitch. Gulluk is an unspoilt village 15 minutes drive from Bodrum airport. It is quaint with local shops, weekly market, reasonably priced restaurants, bars and boat trips. It is a great centre to be based to explore Turkey. 45 minutes drive away you will find Bodrum, a bustling market town. 2 hours drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. 3 and a half hours drive to the beautiful 'cotton mountains' at Pamukkale.

Magnificent pool area with stunning sea views. 25m swimming pool and also a separate shallow pool for paddling or relaxing with a book. Sun loungers and parasols available for use. Attractive gardens stocked with trees and shrubs around the whole complex. Tennis court - 4 tennis rackets and balls supplied.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to nearest beach.
Enjoy relaxing walks along the tranquil rugged coast.
Golf
Less than 1/2 hour drive to 18 hole Vita Park golf course - opened summer 2008.
Travel
15 minutes drive from Bodrum airport. Flights to Bodrum can be booked from most British Airports. We have found Easyjet, Thomas Cook and Thomsonfly have some very good deals.
Distances
5 minute walk to local shop selling daily essentials. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 25 minutes walk to Gulluk centre. 45 minutes bus ride to Bodrum. 1 and a half hours drive to the Temple of Apollo at Didim. 2 hours drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. 3 and a half hours drive to the awe inspiring 'cotton mountains' at Pamukkale.
Further details
Gulluk has plenty of excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. There is also a well stocked supermarket, a bank, several fruit and veg shops and bakeries, one of them even bakes his own baklava. Every Thursday there is an excellent market. Visit in the morning to experience the full atmosphere.
The local people are extremely friendly. For instance, it is not unusual to be offered a lift into town by passing cars.
Superb daily boat trips! You must try one during your visit. Ask for Mehmet on Donmez 1, his trip is not to be missed. A whole day out including lunch and afternoon tea visiting 4 different stops.
This whole region is steeped with ancient history. Visit St Peters Castle at Bodrum or the Temple of Apollo and Medusa in Didim. Spend a few hours wandering through the beautifully preserved streets of the ancient city of Ephesus. If natural beauty is more of interest to you, marvel at the limestone spectacular at Pamukkale or travel along the coast and admire the amazing colour of the sea.

The holiday was excellent. Loved the town itself and once we had found our feet had no trouble getting about! Hitching a lift was easy and many locals stopped without being asked!! Friendly not in it. We went to a pub quiz at Cheers and are now reigning champions (in aid of the Dog charity). Liked the apartment very much, views are spectacular from the balcony, even better from the swimming pool. Rob and Nicola.
We had a wonderful holiday in your apartment. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The sea views from the master bedroom, lounge and patio are excellent. The apartment is in a great location and a good centre from which to explore. We hired a car and visited Ephesus, Pamukkale, Bodrum and Kusadasi.
Gulluk has retained a Turkish feel with all the facilities we required. We enjoyed inexpensive meals in a number of different restaurants. A great relaxing holiday. We would certainly recommend this apartment and go back again. Thanks. Stephen and Gillian.

We fell in love with Gulluk. It is so simple and makes you feel like you have gone back in time. Perfect for a restful break. The views are beautiful and the people are so friendly. The area is easily accessible with Bodrum airport about 15 minutes drive away.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is on a hill and this elevated position is perfect to watch the boats on the sea and the sunset.
