Villa Alize is located in Gocek Hills which is a private villa complex and was built in a 13-acre hillside forest looking down onto the Mediterranean sea. Five of those acres have been carefully developed in order to provide each villa with generous gardens and spectacular vistas. The villa backs onto the forest and looks out onto beautiful Gocek Bay. Villa Alize offers the ultimate in quality accommodation. While the inspiration for its design draws on traditional, regional architecture this property also allows for all the trappings of contemporary living. This detached property comes fully furnished and equipped, with five spacious bedrooms, a private swimming pool, terraces offering marvellous views, car parking space and a landscaped garden. Villa Alize is fully air-conditioned and consists of three floors: the basement, ground and first floors, 247 sq.m. in size.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Early bookings -discount of 10% is applied for reservation made till 29th of February. Long-term stays - Please contact us. For cancellations made up to 21 days in advance deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 7 and 20 days in advance 50% of deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days in advance 25% of deposit will be refunded.
Changeover day
We have flexible check-in and check-out days. The villa is delivered earliest by 16:00 on the arrival day. The villa must be vacated latest by 11:00 on the departure day.

Villa Alize offers the ultimate in quality accommodation. While the inspiration for its design draws on traditional, regional architecture this property also allows for all the trappings of contemporary living. You may either sit on the veranda of Villa Alize and watch the breathtaking sunset over the island-encrusted Gocek Bay or take a sip from your wine and share the sound of silence with the breeze which flows over the terraces, and fills Villa Alize with the refreshing scent of pine forest, scattered with olive and lemon trees.
Accessibility
During your stay in your villa, you can benefit from additional services offered to you. We aim to make your holidaying experience 'complete' in every sense. You may request from us for your inquires such as; Airport transfer, dry cleaning. Daily newspaper delivery, grocery shopping, massage, excursions, private guide hire, bicycle/scooter hire, car hire and yacht hire. The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The private swimming pool is surrounded with a very nice garden. You can rest at the hammock or get sun tan by the pool. You can enjoy the comfort of your villa over a BBQ meal on the veranda or shoot the breeze with friends and family above the backdrop of striking ocean views.
Coast/Beach
You can swim at the private Blue Point Beach at D- Marin Gocek or Upper Deck Beach at Marina Club. Inlice public beach, which is much bigger, is 2.5km from Gocek in the direction of Fethiye. From Gocek Municipality Marina motorboats leave every morning for daily excursions. Also, you may book a yacht through us and have the opportunity to swim from islands and in bays.

Travel
Gocek may be a world away from the stress of modern-day life but it takes less than four hours to reach from the UK. A direct flight from most major European cities will take you direct to Dalaman Airport, which is just 25km. from Gocek. Dalaman is also served by regular daily flights from Istanbul. In addition to Turkey's national carrier, Turkish Airlines, the private airlines like Pegasus, Atlas and Onur have several direct flights from Istanbul. You may easily rent a car at the airport.

If you like your holidays hot and sunny then the Turkish resort of Gocek is the perfect choice. Gocek is sheltered by pine-covered mountains, creating the ideal natural suntrap. During the Summer months the sun beats down on this Mediterranean jewel for around 12 hours per day. The weather in Gocek stays stable for the seven Summer months and you can expect long, hot days with temperatures hitting over 30C in June, July and August. Winters in Gocek are short and mild, and because of this, the region has become very popular with holiday-makers looking for the ideal winter sunshine break. Shopping: In Gocek, beside the big supermarkets such as Migros and Tansas, there are local shops where you can find everything you need. On Sundays, Göcek has its traditional weekly open market. We arrange your daily grocery shopping if you like at a charge. Dining out: You will find a variety of restaurants all along the sea side boulevard offering Lagos, the local fish, together with delicious meze dishes and local herbs. The prices are displayed on notice boards outside the restaurants. Newspapers and magazines: There are bookshops selling local and international newspapers and magazines in the town centre. We can arrange daily delivery of newspapers or other publication at a fee. Boat tours: Daily tours departing from Gocek generally call in at Taskaya, Kille, Hamam and Gobun Bays and visit Domuz, Tersane and Yassica Islands. Of course, weather conditions and the characteristics of the boats may cause changes in itineraries. Banks: Some major Turkish Banks have branches in Gocek and serve Monday-Friday.
Booking notes
Preliminary reservations can be made through our website (please ask for details) or by calling our office direct. In order to have a confirmed booking, a 30% deposit must be made through bank transfer. The remaining amount should be paid at least 21 days before the arrival date. In case of a reservation made 21 days ahead of the arrival date, the full amount must be paid.
