Located in sleepy Ovacik, the property benefits from having it's garden walled and gated. The shared pool has night lights and is treated twice a week. The backdrop is a stunning mountain range which is quite beautiful (especially in the morning!). A 2 minute walk to the main road and convenience shops with a very efficient and friendly bus service. 2 minutes to Hisaronu shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife including a funfair. Olu Deniz (10 mins) beach, paragliding, water sports, boat trips, and of course the world famous Lagoon. Fethiye (10 mins) shopping, market, sightseeing, ferries to Rhodes, jetty's and harbour and the real Turkey. All in all there's lots to do or simply little, whatever your fancy.

Garden walled and gated with private car port. Balcony stairs leading to garden and shared pool area. Only 2 other villas share the pool normally quiet. Outside lighting in pool, balcony, property and walkways.
Coast/Beach
A short drive or bus ride to Olu Deniz's resort beach front. All water sports available including paragliding onto the beach (recommended). Coast road leads to lagoon (2 mins) swimming, sunbeds and restaurants.
Skiing
No skiing as yet but plans to develop in the winter season.
Special interest holidays
Various site seeing tours, trips to Rhodes and other islands. Mountain trekking, water sports, quad biking etc.
Travel
Dalaman Airport 30/40 mins away. Transfers arranged, cheaper than local taxis all in luxury a/c people carriers. Bus service in Ovacik and surrounding towns is excellent and frequent all day up to early hours.
Distances
All towns are all very but nearby and the bus is friendly and frequent. Prices are reasonable but for larger groups a taxi might be preferable.
Further details
Ovacik has all amenities including convenience stores which will deliver (details in apartment) aqua parks, bars and restaurants which open late.
Booking notes
Payment in full 30 days prior to holiday. Cancellations will incur a £150 charge if no other booking is taken. Transfers arranged 30 days prior to travelling.
