Also water dolmus available between Calis and Fethiye. The Sunday Market (5 minute walk) is well worth the visit. No Pets. No smoking indoors. Detached triplex villa(205m2). Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in living room, kitchen and all bedrooms. The Villa is not suitable for young children due to marble floors and staircases. The private pool is a constant depth of about 1.5 metres.
Accessibility
A spiral marble staircase to 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms means the villa is not suitable for young children, people with mobility problems or wheelchair users.
Outside
The private swimming pool is kidney shaped with paved surround. Private sun loungers, brollies, chairs and tables are provided. Lawns to the side of villa. Gated private parking area. A private pergola is set by the water feature. It is a lovely shaded area covered in grape vines.
Coast/Beach
The coastal walk to Fethiye starts about 200yds from Lissa Park. Calis beach is 10-15 minutes walk. It has a long promenade with numerous restaurants and shops with beautiful views across the bay towards the islands and mountains. Breathtaking sunsets. Calis beach is sand and pebbles with clear water. Caretta turtles breeding area. Kite surfing and wind surfing are available at the western end of the beach.
Island of Sovalye. (Off Calis beach) One can see ruins under the crystal clear water.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 30-40 minutes drive away.

Fethiye-3km. Regular service by dolmus and water dolmus from Calis to Fethiye. To Rhodes by hydrofoil about 90 minutes. Gocek Yachting centre with restaurants and weekly market by boat trip or bus from Fethiye. 12 Island Cruises. Daily from Fethiye.

Oludeniz- Famous "Blue Lagoon" 12km. Kelebekler Vadisi-"Butterfly Valley" 3-4km from Oludeniz. Kayakoy-Deserted Greek settlement 10 min drive from Oludeniz. Tlos-Historical site & mythological home of "Pegasus" 1/2 hour drive from Fethiye. Xanthos-Ancient capital & grandest city of Lycia. 45 min drive.
Patara-B'ful long beach and historical site.Birthplace of St. Nicholas. 50km.
Dalyan-Long beach with protected breeding ground for turtles.
Nearby mud baths & old city of Kaunos. 1hr.drive

Aquapark, tennis, bowls, quad bikes, sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, swimming. Boat trips can be arranged from Calis. Jeep safari, fishing and horse riding are available nearby. Baba dag, a 6,500m mountain, offers the chance to Paraglide down to the "Blue Lagoon" at Olu Deniz. A tandem flight enables you to record the 30 minute flight. White water rafting on the Dalaman river (90 mins from Fethiye). The distance is 12km and a lunch is provided on the shore about midway. SCUBA diving tours available from Fethiye. BSAC, CMAS, PADI, SSI, DIWA & IDC Courses available. Hiking- The Lycian Way from Fethiye to Antalya is the most famous of local routes, but there are many more stunning treks nearby.
Booking notes
Non returnable deposit of 25% at time of booking. A signed agreement as to the rental terms is required at the time of booking. On receipt of the aforementioned your booking will be confirmed. Balance payable, together with a £200 returnable breakage deposit, to be paid 8 weeks before start of rental period. Charges will be made for inconsiderate and excessive use of air-conditioning. These will be deducted from £200 deposit.

We love the scenery, the quality of life, the food and the people. The climate is superb. The water is so warm. We swim in the sea even in November!
