Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms. The property also boasts an outdoor barbecue and shower.
Accessibility
The villa and downstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those with mobility problems.
Outside
Outdoor garden and lawn on which the kusk sits adjacent to the riverside orchard. Outdoor furniture includes large table and 8 chairs and a number of poolside recliners for the sole use of guests. Pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
Coast/Beach
Six minute walk to village and river boats which take guests to famous Itzuzu beach. The beach is protected due to the number of turtles using it as a nest. The beach trip is 25 minutes by boat.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman which is approximately thirty minutes drive. Transfers can be arranged at guests' cost.
Distances
Fethiye is 45 minutes away by car while Marmaris is 1 hour 15 minutes drive away.
Further details
Numerous local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bars are all within the village. The ruins of Caunos are a short drive away and Dalyan is overlooked by the Lycian rock tombs which are spectacularly lit at night. Mud bathing and the beautiful nearby lake combine to show Dalyan's exciting but also peaceful side.
Booking notes
The property may be booked by email or phone but bookings will not be confirmed until all payments have been received. All bookings cancelled at least 8 weeks before the rental date will be fully refunded (except for the non-refundable deposit). Payments for bookings must be made in full three months prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 per week will be required which will be refunded subject to a satisfactory inventory report.

About the owner
I am was introduced to Dalyan by a friend of mine who has a villa in Dalyan. I enjoy keeping fit which is just as well as I also love to eat. I love to travel and experience new places and cultures. It's no wonder that Dalyan was the place to purchase a villa!

The area combines the very best of Turkey. Wonderful people, stunning natural scenery, outstandingly preserved ruins and an amazing environment for experiencing the magnificent loggerhead turtles. Combine this with perfect weather and a beautiful town and you have a wonderful holiday experience that is simply unique.

The villa is in a magnificent setting overlooking an orchard and a stunning mountain backrop. It's a wonderful way to experience Dalyan providing luxury with the convenience of a short walk to the river which is the heart of Dalyan and the town itself. Despite the close proximity to the town it is magnificently serene as it faces the orchards and riverside mountain and is only 300metres from the river itself.
