The villas are on the outskirts of Uzumlu village, an easy 5 minute walk down to the Uzumlu village square - and a rather more challenging walk back up! Beautiful well furnished villas with all modcons, enjoying unparalleled mountain views and huge terraces for enjoying them. High quality imported Indonesian furniture is used throughout the properties. The villas share a large 40 square meter pool and can be rented individually or together. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property(ies) per week in UK Pounds.
With the sole exception of the high season period between 14/07/12 and 07/09/12, a discount of 20% on the total price for both villas is available to clients taking both units at the same time. High season has a discount of GBP100 per week for taking both units.
Discounts negotiable for out of season and long lets.
Rental periods covering more than one charging period are pro-rated appropriately.
Changeover day
Saturday preferred but can be flexible, particularly out of high season.

Ground floor: Modern well equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer/oven/microwave/hob/toaster and all kitchen utensils. Fire extinguisher and blanket. Living area with TV/DVD and air-conditioning. Huge terrace from which to bbq/dine or just sit, relax and enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. No smoking permitted inside the property. Fire detectors on every floor. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in living area. Towels and linen are included, including pool towels. 1,000 litre back up water supply to the villas is provided for peace of mind, vital in the Uzumlu area which is subject to periodic water interruptions. Smoke detectors/alarms provided on every floor. Burglar alarm in villa Santi. Check in is 14:00 on the day of arrival and check out is 11:00 on the day of departure but we can be flexible if you can!

Access is not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm.

Calis Beach, 15 minute by car, perhaps 20 by Dolmus.

Travel
45-60 minutes from Dalaman airport which has regular charter flights from many UK and Continental airports.
Distances
There is frequent Dolmush transport available from the close by centre of the village of Uzumlu, however you may wish to consider car hire if you intend traveling further than Calis or Fethiye/Hisaranou/Oludeniz. We can help with car-coach-airport transfer. Fethiye is 15km (20 mins by car/taxi). A mix of market town, port and holiday resort, with strong Turkish character. The harbour and marina is bordered by palm tree lined promenades and back streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

A small wall secured safe is available in each of the villas. Special rates available for longer than 2 weeks and if wishing to take both villas (combined they have 9 generously sized double bedrooms to offer).
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% plus £100 per villa is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 75% is due 12 weeks before date of arrival. Cancellations are subject to proper notice and the following conditions: More than 12 weeks - Full refund of monies paid less £100 per villa administration fee. 6 to 12 weeks before arrival - 50% refund of rental paid. Less than 6 weeks before arrival - 20% refund of rental paid. Deposit refundable within 10 working days after the rental period.

Etherington Family August 2010 The time here has gone so quickly, we wish that we could spend weeks relaxing in the beautiful villas, exploring the village and meeting the most friendly and welcoming people... however, back to the rain (but feeling revived and with some great memories of happy days).
Gormley Family - August 2010 The villas are gorgeous, beautifully furnished, spacious and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay in them, the view is fantastic and it was great to sit on the terrace and just look! (The terrace was particularly favoured by Leo who spent most of his time up there!) We all loved the location too, right on the edge of the forest. I'm not sure if you have seen it before, but one of the red squirrels came down a couple of mornings to drink from the pool!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We spent a week in the Fethiye area in 2007 and, visiting Uzumlu, we were deeply impressed by the tremendous beauty of the place itself and its proximity to so many other wonderful places - and decided to build our long planned villa there (and a second one for visitors!!); a decision we have never regretted, spending 4-5 weeks per year in Uzumlu ourselves while renting them out for the rest of the time.
Unique benefits of the property
Having together 9 generously sized double bedrooms, the villas Santi and Toshack, almost uniquely, offer large family and friend groups the opportunity to be together on one beautiful site.
Not the least of Villa Santi's attractions is the large bar and games area in its lowest floor where a top class full size American pool table and a very British darts board are offered.
Villa Toshack offers more compact but superb accomodation with a large signature balcony which brings you back to nature amongst the pines.
Situated just 45-60 minutes from Dalaman Airport with its connections to dozens of UK and European aiports, the villas are ideally situated for avoiding those long holiday transfers.
