The property is perfectly situated on the Turquoise coast just a short 10 minute drive in one direction to the busy fishing port and marina in Fethiye and in the other direction the famous Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz. There is plenty to see and do in the area. The villa is spread over 3 floors with the king size master bedroom and en-suite jacuzzi bath on the top floor with 2 other bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The lounge, dining area, outside terrace and large main kitchen are located below. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom and shower room, There is a further kitchen area and large living area with sofa bed. The layout of the villa makes it ideal for large families or 2 groups as the ground floor can be used as separate accommodation for a second family/teenagers/elderly relatives. The outside is surrounded by garden area and a lovely shaded patio area by the private pool. The villa is air-conditioned and very well equipped with TV/CD/DVD/Dishwasher/washing machine.

Flexible - to be agreed. The villa is managed by an English couple who live locally and they are happy to be of assistance during your stay.

Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for family groups. Car hire is recommended although it is possible to catch the dolmus (local minibus)which passes by at the end of the road very regularly. There are very many local shops and restaurants to enjoy.
Outside
Private pool and patio area to front with lawn surround and flower borders. Large rear garden with lawn and paved area having olive and fruit trees and backing onto a conservation area.
Coast/Beach
Only ten minutes driving distance from the beach (the sea can be seen in the distance from the villa) Near to Olu Deniz (from the villa you can watch the paragliders in the distance as they jump from the top of the Babadag mountains). Equally only a short drive into the mountains or along the coast to Fethiye with its markets and harbour. Close to Hisaranu.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman which is around 45 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended.
Further details
There are plenty of local shops with a very good range of produce. In particular the cost is generally low and there are many types of fresh fruit and vegetables all year round. The locals are very friendly and helpful and English is widely spoken.
Booking notes
Please contact the owners directly to obtain a booking form. A 20% deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. We also take a £100 breakages deposit which is fully refundable.

About the owner
We decided to buy a property in this area because we were so impressed with the wonderful scenery,the beaches and local markets all set against the backdrop of beautiful mountains. The layout is perfect for families as it has three floors - the top floor has 3 bedrooms (including master bedroom and en-suite) and the middle floor is living space (lounge dining area and main kitchen) leaving the lower floor with another bedroom, bathroom with shower and a further kitchen and living area. We thought this layout would be perfect to accommodate a larger family group. It could suit either 2 families or an extended family with perhaps elder relatives or teenagers occupying the lower floor. That way the party are able to holiday together but everyone gets their own space!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the fact that the villa is on a very secure complex. This gives holiday makers the peace and privacy of their own space and private pool but with the benefits of the complex just a 2 minute walk with use of the complex facilities (communal pool, tennis court, restaurant and pool bar and reception where you can change money, book a taxi and get help from staff who speak English). The villa is well located and within easy reach of Fethiye in one direction (with its harbour and local markets) and Hisaranu and Olu Deniz the other direction for beaches, paragliding, night life and so on. The villa offers everything for a perfect holiday and we have had excellent feedback from our visitors with a number of repeat bookings. You will not be disappointed!
