Notes on prices
Prices shown are UK Pounds per week and include your welcome pack, the services of our representative who will help you during your holiday, a grocery pack, cleaning on arrival/departure, full range of linen and towels. A cot can be provided. Beach towels can be provided for your use (cost £3 each). Above prices are applicable if the airport transfers - approx £ 80, up to 4 persons, return - are operated via our local representative and who meets you at the airport will handle the keys too.

Notes on accommodation
Keys of the apartment will be directly handled through our local representative free of charge when the airport transfers are operated through our representative. If a different arrangement is taken (own transport or another transfer company) there will be a supplement of £ 20/30 (depending on the time) for both the delivery and pickup. The cost of the airport transfer or the key call out fee is payable directly to our local representative.
Mosquito nets are on all doors opening onto the terraces. Safety boxes are installed in the apartments.
Outside
Communal garden and swimming pool, plus children's pool which are not supervised so care is needed for children and those who cannot swim. Free sun loungers are available at the pool.
Coast/Beach
Calis beach is famous for its spectacular sunsets, cooling breezes and the beautiful long beach of sand and shingle.
The area is flat and therefore suitable for walking.
The resort is quiet and ideal for families and peace loving people but yet busy with bars and restaurants along the sea front which has a nice pedestrian boulevard.
Minimarkets, discos and seasonal entertainment are also easily reached by a short easy walk (approx. 10 mins) from the Riverside complex.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport (approx 35/40 miles away) and the drive to Calis takes approx 30/45 mins.
Distances
Extra amenities, more shops, larger supermarkets, a large covered market, local excursions and more nightlife can be found in the town of Fethiye located approx. 2 miles away.
Further details
It is safe to swim in the sea and some water sports are offered including surfing. There is also a water park too. Cars bicycles and mopeds are all available for hire. Local excursions are available to Saklikent Gorge, ghost town of Kayakoy, the town of Gocek, Marmaris, Pammukale and the mud baths at Dalyan etc. There are many boat trips to nearby islands and fishing trips (including shark fishing). Car hire and local excursions can also be arranged through our representative.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit ( £ 200 ) is payable with the balance, and will be returned within 2 weeks of end of rental period subject to a satisfactory report from our property agent.
