5 bed luxury villa sleeps 9 + 2 on sofa bed. Part of the new premier Sunset Beach Club on the beach with water sports centre 5 minutes walk and the main promenade 10 minutes on foot. Has its own private pool plus full on-site facilities including large pools, bar, gym, shops, private beach and restaurant. Calis is a small village 6km from Fethiye. Sunset Beach Club is designed as a complete holiday centre with all facilities on-site but has easy access by local minibus to Fethiye and from then many of the delights of Turkey. Calis Beach promenade is barely 10 minutes walk full of lively but family orientated restaurants and bars.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for quite use or families where the children can enjoy company of others. Dolmus (local minibuses) run by the complex to Fethiye every few minutes.
Water sports centre next to complex. High chair and Travel cot/Playpen can be arranged if required.
Internet access is usually available from local restaurants and bars at no cost!

Bedrooms on upper floors but sofa bed and bathroom on ground floor make this villa good for people with mobility restrictions.

Private patio area includes built in barbecue to relax by the private pool on the supplied sun loungers with sun shades. Full complement of garden furniture for alfresco dining.

On the beach. Sea views from the pool and balconies and panoramic Fethiye harbour views from the balconies.

Approx 45km from Dalaman airport - transfer can be arranged and take approx 45 minutes.

Fethiye centre is 6km from Calis and Dolmus (minibuses) start from the complex and run every 5 to 10 minutes.

Our first visit to Turkey was even better than we had hoped for. Villa was a home from home. Everything we could have possibly wanted was included. The complex and staff were amazing to say the least. They really added to joy of the holiday by mixing with the holidaymakers. The staff were so attentative (but not overly so), it all added up to one of the best holidays we have been on.
I would recommend this villa and complex to anyone who is looking for a spacious villa right on the beach and close to a variety of lovely restaurants and a smattering of bars. The resort itself is an excellent family resort without too much hassle from waiters etc. I will be back next year without a doubt. 10 out of 10. DS Liverpool Aug 09.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Bought off plan in 2006 but ready for use in 2008 this villa location is probably the best there is in the area. The superb complex offers all the amenities on site but as a Villa at the edge of the main area the option to have some privacy and quiet also exists. Location is a short walk to the promenade and the Dolmush ends here from Fethiye so access wider is so easy.
Unique benefits of the property
The full service complex with shops salons, Hammam (Turkish Bath) and services for other travel and activities make this an ideal place to enjoy the best of the area or just to relax. The villa with its 9 beds offers a great opportunity for smaller families to share and we have had rave reviews on the quality of the villa and furnishings. The virtually on site waters sport (Fethire Surf Centre) also ensures those who want to enjoy water sports can do so with ease. Or as more often the case lounging on the fronts artificially sanded beach reading books and water served drinks make this a sun worshipper paradise.
