The Villa is a spacious detached luxury retreat on probably the best complex in Calis, and consists of 1 family room with en-suite shower room etc, master bedroom with en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and a further 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with low level WC. It has its own private swimming pool with marble surround and sun terrace, there is a further 3 sun balconies, 1 leading from the master bedroom, 1 shared with bedrooms 2 and 3 and the final large roof terrace/solarium with built in BBQ. Accessed from the family room 4 which has an en-suite shower room etc and includes a fridge to keep the drinks cold when you enjoy the views from the sun terrace. You may even sunbathe topless in total seclusion. The spiral stairway consist of 2 flights and built with marble it is fitted with 2 handrails for safety. The lounge has a feature wood burning fire, and leads to the dining area, both lead onto the marble sun patio under one of the gazebos. The other gazebo is situated over the river.

Notes on prices
All prices are for the property per week in UK Sterling (extra weeks discounted) (contact us).
Overlapping dates and changeover days by agreement. Longer visits available with discount, and by negotiation. Early booking Discount (Min 20 weeks before departure) 5%. Book 4 weeks pay for 3. Book 3 weeks get free airport transfer. Late booking discount 5% for 2 wks from start date.(all offers exclude July/August). We will try to meet/beat any like for like quotation. Late bookings available.
Changeover day
Any day subject to any bookings received, the rental duration is for 7/14/21 or 28 nights and your accommodation is reserved from 1500 hours on arrival day until the day of departure - 1200 hours. We will try to be flexible subject to incoming guests.

Notes on accommodation
The villas air-con is remotely controlled and will also act as heaters.We have fitted a quality heavy duty curtain at the foot of the stairs for the purpose of trapping the heat in the living areas during the winter colder nights, With the exception of 3 circular windows all windows are fitted with high quality mosquito nets and with the exception of the front door All doors have fitted mosquito nets. There is a safe in the master bedroom en-suite. The garden furniture consist of 8 sunbeds, 8 mattresses, 4 side tables, 2 table and 10 chairs, 3 umbrellas & stands, there is also 2 table, 10 chairs for the roof terrace. We have supplied 2 bicycles, if you wish to use them please do so at your own risk. A foot pump is in the cupboard in the utility/shower room on the ground floor. Please remember that guest are requested not to smoke. We reiterate that children should be closely supervised all the time especially round the pool areas and using the stairs. There is secure parking on site.
Accessibility
This villa has not been constructed with wheelchair users in mind.
We purchased our villa with the sun in mind, therefore unlike other villas on site with similar room layouts, because of their villas’ position their pool area remain mainly in the shade all day only getting a couple of hours’ sun in the morning.
This villa is 1 of only 2 detached rental villas’ in a position too catch the sun all day.
Enjoy breakfast alfresco style sitting and relaxing in the morning sun.
Outside
The garden furniture consist of 8 sunbeds, 8 mattresses, 4 side tables, 2 table and 10 chairs, 3 sun umbrellas and bases. Patio, House Pergola with outside lights and Lakeside pergola. Private 30sqm swimming pool with marble surround. The villa has a front garden with shrubs and flowers plus a lime tree and orange tree, help yourselves to the limes and oranges should they be ready. The side garden is paved, with flowering shrubs planted at the edges, and the back garden is mostly laid to Marble, with the boarders planted with flowers and shrubs. The lakeside Pergola is planted with a grapevine and if the grapes are ready help yourselves. There is a large 1300sq.ft communal freshwater swimming pool. A 160sq. ft children's pool, both are available for your use. The extensive well maintained gardens are tended by a full time gardener, the pools are maintained by a pool man and the site is protected by night time security, the security hut is located by the large communal swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
Calis Beach, shops, restaurants and promenade is a 10-15 minute walk. Calis Beach is a long pebble and sandy beach with spectacular views of the mountains, Fethiye Bay and the many Islands. Calis is famous for the sunsets, find a cafe/bar sit and watch. Fethiye Town is a pleasant 45-60 minutes coastal walk or a 15 min Dolmus (minibus) ride. Calis Beach is a favourite of the locals because in the afternoon a gentle sea breeze drifts across the beach which is very welcome in the heat.
Golf
A new golf course is approx 15 min from Dalaman Airport in Seringerme, approx 45 min from the Villa opened June 2010.
Skiing
The New Ski area at Seki has opened from 29/03/2011 until the end of May' Seki is approx 60-90 min from the villa.There is 1 drag lift and a fully stocked Ski Shop wher you can hire the equipment you need for 30lr the days' ski-ing is 30lr but if you want a shorter time you can buy a card that allows 20 rides on the drag lift for 15 tl all the prices are correct at the time of printing 03/04/2011 .There is a ski lodge serving traditional Turkish and English favorites. The Erendag Winter Sperts Centre is in the early stages of development and does not compare well with established Ski Centre,but the development is on-going so "Watch this space".

Travel
Dalaman Airport is 50km. away and return transfers can be arranged, the 2012 cost is approx 2-3 x £80 4-6 x£ 90 and up to 10, £100,10 plus £120. Car hire can be arranged about £25/£30 per day. The local dolmus (bus) provide a cheap, regular and reliable service to nearby places of interest. A water taxi or dolmus from Calis Bridge is a relaxing way to cross the bay to Fethiye where you can book a trip on one of the many gulets or one of the many road trips on offer along the marina.

Oludeniz is the famous Blue lagoon and the centre of Paragliding - approx 16km. Butterfly Valley approx 40km. Saklikent Gorge 45km. KayaKoy Village 15km. Hisaranou 12km., in season be aware they CLOSE the ROAD at 1900 Hrs. . Gocek! 5km, Rhodes 90 mins. by Hydrafoil. Ephesus 230km. Protected Turtle Beach 5km. Pamukkale 230km. Patara Beach all 21km. 50km. Kas 85km. Dalyan (mud baths) 60km.

The villa is furnished with a quality rocking cot for a Baby and is fitted with a protective bumper surround and removable Mosquito net, there are a few toys for a small child/baby and a protective pop up 'iglo' type tent for protection against the Sun, a large bowl is supplied and acts as a small pool for the baby to enjoy the water. Down stairs in th hall we have fitted a full length Mirror. The outside lights under the gazebo are controled by a plug in switch by & Under the window in the Master bedroom Fethiye has a marina, Turkish baths and a Turkish bazaar, all worth a visit, another experience well worth a try is a hair cut - less than £5 and normally includes shampoo, haircut, hair wash, eyebrow trim, ear hair trim, nasal hair trim, scalp massage, and finally neck and back massage. Allow about an Hour. Fethiye has a huge open air general market on Tuesdays and plenty of Historical sites, Fethiye has its own Lycian Tombs - the tomb of Anyntas, approx 4th Century BC. Sarcophagie, Amphitheatre and the ruins of a Fort by the Knights of Rhodes. There is an daily open air market selling fresh fish, fresh vegetables, and fresh meat you can have any one of your purchases cooked for you by one of the many restaurants on site. The Pastapur (Old Town) is well worth a visit, as is the old boat building yard where you can watch wooden gulets etc, being built by hand. The deserted village or ' ghost town ' of KayaKoy is a short distance from Fethiye and was recently used as the location for the book 'Birds without wings' by the same author as Captain Morelies Mandalin. Local activities include scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, swimming, snorkelling, aqua park, quad biking, tennis, golf. Walking, water sports, wind sailing, jeep safari, island cruising, boating and skiing plus Micro light flights. There is a Sunday market a 5 min walk from the villa. As you come out of the front gate keep going straight on up the road on the right and you are there.
Booking notes
We confirm the dates requested are available, and, if requested, we hold them pending receipt of the booking deposit. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, confirmation of which will be sent to you. The balance together with a £200 returnable breakage/damage deposit must be received 10 weeks before departure. Please be advised we do not accept bookings from stag or hen parties or large groups of singles. No smoking in the villa.

We all had a fantastic holiday thank you! Your villa was brilliant and our friends were very impressed.It was well equipped so nice to have plenty of plates etc. so that we could use the dishwasher.Also,we loved having a private pool as well as the larger one-our children often swam before breakfast! Our teenagers loved having their own space on the top floor! We would to use your villa again. Thank you very much for all the info and help. We didn't hire a car in the end, but booked Murat to take us all to Saklikent in the minibus-very reasonable.

My Wife and I live in a Bungalow on the South Coast of England.
We are both retired and spend our time between the Children and Grandchildren /U.K. and Calis Beach Turkey. We love Calis Beach/Fethiye, Fethiye has a large Marina a long Promenade where the Gulets and fishing boats ply their trade, there are plenty of Restaurants along the promenade, and plenty of things to do in Fethiye Town. Calis is smaller than Fethiye but still has plenty of life ,the Promenade is lined with Restaurants where you can sit and watch the Glorious Sunset.
Calis is only about 40 Min. transfer from Dalaman Airport.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We were astounded with the Beauty of the area and impressed with the friendly people. When we found the Villa and saw the Luxury Fittings and Finishing coupled with the size of the rooms and the design of the garden and complex, we bought immediately. We bought the Villa for our exclusive Home and as an investment, we furnished for our comfort and enjoyment, the Villa is furnished to a much higher standard than an ordnary rental property and offers a high standard of comfort. We are sure you will enjoy our Home as much as we do.
We decided in 2009 to offer the Villa for rent when we or our families are unable to use it. The guest we had last year (2009) were the first 2 families to rent our Villa and are on record as saying how much they enjoyed the Villa and the Area.
