Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is in each of the bedrooms and the lounge with remote controllers. A hairdryer is provided. There are 4 sun lounger mattresses for use around the pool. All windows and doors have fly mesh screening to keep out bugs.
Accessibility
The front door is accessed by a single flight of curving stairs but would not be suitable wheel chair users, but would be fine for child buggies.
Outside
The swimming pool is 20m kidney shaped with a deep end of 2m and a 1m shallow end. There is also a circular shallow toddlers pool. The gardens are well maintained with flowers, palms and fruit trees.
Coast/Beach
The fantastic beach and blue lagoon of Oludeniz is a 10 minute bus or taxi drive. Fethiye marina town is a 15 minute ride. The buses leave nearby to the apartment every 10 minutes.
Travel
Dalaman airport is 45 minutes drive from the apartment. A collection and drop off service can be arranged from £80 for 1-3 people, £90 return for 4-6 people.

About the owner
Mark is a Director of a construction company and Sally is a teaching assistant at a special needs school.We are a family with a son born in November 1996 and a daughter born in December 1999.We live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The property in Turkey that we rent was brought new in 2007 having been introduced to the area by friends that now live near Hisaronu, we really enjoy returning to Turkey as there is so much to see and do and the locals are always friendly and welcoming.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We brought the property new and were able to influence the choice of colours, tiles and sanitary ware. We fell in love with the area when we came and stayed with some friends who have moved over to Turkey in the next town. We enjoy coming back to use the apartment as the complex is so friendly and the location is perfect to access all the facilities of the town, without being too close to be disturbed by noise at night.
