Outside
The private pool has great views over the open countryside and has recently been re-tiled with non-slip tiles. It will be open between May to October (or later depending on climate). There are umbrellas and loungers provided. The garden and patio area have been fenced off making it safe for children to roam safely. The shape of the pool is oval and approx 8 x 5 metres and is 1.4metres deep.
Coast/Beach
An easy 40 minute drive to the West takes you to the beach resorts of Calis and Olu Deniz. The long golden sands of Patara beach is only 35 minutes to the east with it's ruins and amphitheatre.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approx 70 minute drive. Transfers to and from the villa in air conditioned vehicles are available on request. Car hire is strongly recommended as local transportation is limited and hire can be booked in advance. We can arrange for the cars to be delivered to the villa or meet you at the airport.
Distances
25 minute walk to the local village of Kadikoy. 15 minute drive to Saklikent and the ancient city of Tlos Park. 35 minutes to the ruins of Xanthos, Pinara and Patara. 40 minutes to the lively fishing town and harbour of Fethiye, with it's restaurants, shops and market which is held every Tuesday.
In the village of Kadikoy there are 2 small stores which stock the essentials. 25 minutes to the local trout farm and restaurant of Yaka park in the hills behind the villa.

There is our own on resort team who will be willing to give you directions to any of the attractions and will welcome you on your arrival.
Booking notes
£100 deposit required when booking and the balance due at least 4 weeks prior to departure. A £100 deposit is also required to cover any damage to the property during your stay, this is refunded in full if there is no damage sustained to the property during your stay.
