We are delighted to present a spacious, stunning, fully air conditioned apartment overlooking the friendly Bitez Bay offering traditional bars and restaurants, Bitez Tennis Club, Bitez Marina and the area is a prime location for windsurfing and watersports. Bitez is one of the greenest places on the Bodrum Peninsula with fragrant mandarin orchards. Cosmopolitan Bodrum, is a few minutes away on public transport, where there is a sophisticated harbour, modern marina, bazaar style shopping, markets, castle, archaeological museum, amphitheatre, resatuarants, bars and the beach. During the summer months cultural festivals are held in Bodrum Castle and also at the ancient amphitheatre. The Bodrum Cup, a sailing regatta is an annual event held every October for traditionally built wooden yachts.

You will love this apartment and location; it is ideal for families and couples, if you are interested in relaxing, having fun, natural beauty, ancient history or watersports you will enjoy exploring this unspoilt location. July and August are the hottest months but it is a lovely sunny mediterranean climate for most of the year. Picturesque Bodrum was recently awarded the status of being 'One of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World' and attracts artists and watersports enthusiasts from all over the world. Bitez Beach is a 'Blue Flag' beach for its lack of pollution.

Accessibility
This apartment has a spectacular location, it is set on Bitez Hill overlooking Bitez Bay. Walk to the Marina Bar or Salsa Fish restaurant or along the bay for 5 minutes to the friendly restaurants along the beach or in the small market area. Take the Dolmus (bus) from Bitez Marina to Bitez Village a traditional Turkish inland village, or go to Bodrum and visit the Garden Restaurant and many other friendly places... try the ballet festival in Bodrum Castle during August..........
Outside
There is a beautiful full size, shared swimming pool with views over Bitez Bay. The large sun terrace beside the pool has sunbeds, parasols and showers for the use of our guests. Well maintained gardens and lawns with garden furniture are available in front of the apartment.
Although there is everything you need in the apartment, many of our guests have found relaxing on the balcony and around the pool was the best part of their hoilday; the atmosphere is so tranquil and the views are amazing during the day and so magical at night!
Coast/Beach
Not so long agao Bitez was predominantly mandarin groves, they are still there and a small charming beach area has grown. The beach is safe and has been awarded 'Blue Flag' status, free sunbeds are available. Bitez is ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy Turkish hospitality in a beautiful setting. The friendly beach bars and restaurants provide a charming and laid back atmosphere. A wide variety of water sports abound for the more active!

Bitez has something to offer everyone! It is a premier watersports location, boat trips and windsurfing equipment can be hired on the beach.
Bitez is ideal for those who want to explore the historic delights of Turkey, visit the world famous Marine Archaelogical Museum based within Bodrum Castle; the Mausoleum, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and the ancient Aphitheatre, all of them are situated minutes away on the local bus.
Book an organised tour or hire a car to see Ephesus -one of the most famous archaelogical sites in the world or Pamukale-an incredible geographical site, see Heraplis, Aphrodisia and other remarkable historic sights.
Travel
Bodrum International Airport (BJV) is 35 minutes away and we can arrange transfers direct to the apartment with our Turkish agent who speaks good English.
The Greek island of Kos is an hour away by ferry.
Book a great boat trip with Liz and Ahmet, sailing around Bitez Bay and other beutiful destinations on the peinsula.
Datca Peninsula can be reached by road or ferry, where the ancient city of Knidos an important archaelogical site is located.
Distances
Bodrum, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, can be reached in about 10 mins by bus.

Larger supermarkets are less than 10 mins away from the apartment and can be reached by bus (dolmus).
This apartment is new and is presented in excellent condition; it is ideal for first time visitors to Turkey, however those who want to be more independent or are regular visitors will love the breathaking views of Bitez Bay.
All our guests have enjoyed staying in the apartment and the Turkish welcome they have received from Bitez.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking; the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.
A £200 refundable damage deposit cheque is also due at the time of booking, it will be returned two weeks after the holiday.
(A 5 day provisional booking can be made to give you time to arrange flights.)
