Flexible changeover days are offered. Arrival time is after 3pm. Departure time is 10am, but flexible if no new guests are arriving that day.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a solar warm water system, air-conditioning and room fans. Please switch off the air-con units if you are not using the room.
Outside
The garden has a lot of flowers and trees so you have a lot of privacy, around the house is stone paved, also the patio area with fire place which is covered with grapes. Private pool 8,5 length, sun loungers, covered relaxing place with big pillows.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 11km from Dalyan which takes 15 minutes by bus, a regular service or 30 minutes by bote, also a regular service. The beach is 6km long and beautiful.
Special interest holidays
The area around Dalyan is a national conservation area and home to a lot of birds, and the protected caretta caretta sea turtle.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 30 minutes from Dalyan, you will be picked up and we will bring you to the villa. Car rental is not essential as public transport is very good. Cars, mopeds and bicycles can be hired locally.
Distances
From the villa it is a gentle 4 minutes stroll into Dalyan Town Centre. Ortaca is 20 minutes by bus. Daily buses can also be taken to many larger towns Marmaris, Fethiye.
Further details
Dalyan is a small town situated near a river leading from a large lake to the sea. Magnificent rock tombs overlooking the town and the ancient city of Caunos is nearby. There are many restaurants next to the river and harbour where you can have a nice dinner. On Saturday there is a big market and Dalyan has 5 supermarkets, 3 butchers and a lot of small shops.
Booking notes
A deposit of 10% of the full price is required to be paid to secure the booking and is not refundable. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full payment will be required for reservations made within 8 weeks of holiday departure. 75 UK pounds breakages deposit returned after departure.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The first time I went to Turkey was in 1987 it was on a blue cruise and on that holiday we had an excursion to the delta of Dalyan. After that holiday I went many times to Dalyan also to other places in Turkey and in the world but Dalyan is the place I love the most. In the year 2004 I was walking with my dog and saw this place for building a house the next day I did buy it. At the end of 2004 they started building and May 2005 it was finished, so I am very proud to be the owner of ""MAVI EV."" (The blue house.)
Unique benefits of the property
My villa has a oriental atmosphere. I brought many things from India and Marroc in to my villa .It always feels like coming home it is not just a villa for renting out but a villa with a soul.
