Detached Villa is situated in a private garden with large terrace, built in barbecue. Located on a small complex of privately owned villas in Ovacik near Olu Deniz, Hisaronu, Fethiye. There is a large pool area with paddling pool. The complex is situated in a peaceful location overlooking wooded hills and valley. Public transport is available from the road outside bus/taxi every few minutes, 10 minutes to Olu Deniz beach/Fethiye for shopping, harbour. There is a water park within walking distance. There are lots of trips to go on to see in the local area, boat trips are inexpensive under £10 per person with lunch.

Outside
The site is surrounded by green belt land with views over the hills and mountains, the properties on the site are set in their own private gardens, in our garden We have had the patio extended with built in barbecue, shaded from the afternoon sun by our olive tree, perfect for relaxing watching the sun setting over the pool and surrounding hills.
Coast/Beach
The picturesque beach resort of Olu Deniz is a 5 min drive, 10 mins on the bus. This resort is where the paragliders land on the beach. Go on the top floor of the Buzz Bar, have drinks/meal and watch them fly over the top. The blue lagoon is also here, pay a small fee to go on the protected beach or visit the private beaches round the side of the lagoon (no fee).
Golf
A new golf resort is being built by Hilton Hotel group soon, near Dalaman 45 mins travelling time.
Travel
The villa is 45 mins from Dalaman Airport. Car hire is not essential as public transport is very good, but if you wish to explore the area car hire is approx £20 per day.
Distances
Fethiye 5 miles - harbour and shopping, eating etc. Olu Deniz 3 miles. Hisaronu 1 mile. Saklikent Gorge 20 miles (bus from Fethiye every hour).
Further details

Myself and my wife live in the the Midlands, England.
We spend most of our holidays in Turkey. We fell in love with the area after first visiting the area in 2006.

We purchased the villa in this area because we love the scenery and close proximity to beach, town and public transport.
The villa is located on a small complex of privately owned properties and overlooks the large on site pool.
The complex is away from the main road and is very quiet and peaceful.

The complex is located close to local bus service
15 mins to Fethiye, 15 mins to Oludeniz and beach.
There are also restaurants within walking distance.
The property is conveniently situated on the complex
with views of the pool.
The villa is located in its own enclosed private garden with gates, safe for young children.
We have had the patio made larger with built in barbecue perfect for sunbathing and relaxing watching the sunset over the mountains.
There are numerous site seeing trips to sample in the area by bus or boat.
