This fabulous, spacious, detached 4 bedroom villa sleeps up to 10 people and has 3 bathrooms. It is approximately 45 minutes drive through lovely mountains from Dalaman airport and it is approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Air conditioning and ceiling fans have been installed throughout and all bedroom windows have flyscreens fitted. All 3 first floor bedrooms have balconies and the second floor bedroom has a private sun terrace which is not overlooked and ideal for that all over tan. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa has a private pool and garden. There is a large L shaped shaded veranda overlooking the private swimming pool and sun deck. The swimming pool is an infinity style pool size 25' x 13' and 6' deep at the deep end and has underwater lighting which automatically switches on in the evening. Daily pool maintenance is provided. Maid service including laundry and linen/towel changing is provided weekly.

Notes on prices
For parties of four or less occupants, a 20% discount will be given.
Although prices have been quoted as weekly rates, bookings for part weeks are acceptable and the daily rental will be calculated at one seventh of the weekly rate.
Changeover day
There is no particular changeover day but the villa is reserved from 2pm on arrival day and check out is 12 mid day on the day of departure. If check in before 2pm, or check out after 12 mid day is required, it will be charged at half of the daily rate.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is arranged on three floors. The hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet are located on the ground floor. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) are located on the first floor and the largest bedroom and bathroom are self contained and located on the second floor. The living room and all bedrooms have remote controlled, very quiet, split air-conditioning units. The air-conditioners have built in warm air heaters that can be used if the weather turns cold. There is a 16" screen DVD and CD player. The ground floor windows all have attractive wrought iron security bars and there is an anti-intruder alarm in the hallway. There are fire extinguishers on all floors and there are smoke alarms in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms. There is a safe for security of your valuables.
Accessibility
The villa is located on a tarmac road. The villa has lots of steps so unfortunately is not suitable for wheelchairs or elderly people. It is however suitable for children but the swimming pool has no very shallow end so arm bands are recommended for non-swimmers.
Outside
There is a private walled garden with plenty of grassed areas, planted with banana trees, palm trees, bougainvilleas and other exotic trees and plants. The garden has pedestrian access gates at the front and back and there is a vehicle access gate leading to a short drive and car park paved area. The infinity style private swimming pool is 25' long x 13' wide and is 3' 6" deep at the shallow end and 6' deep at the deep end. The swimming pool is filled from 1st May to 31st October. There is an outdoor shower on the pool deck. The pool deck stays in sunshine until late in the afternoon/early in the evening. There is a large L shaped shaded veranda with plenty of garden furniture including 8 sun loungers with mattresses, 3 tables and 8 chairs. A full sized barbecue is available for outside parties.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa and stretches for miles. The sand is of a coarse shingly nature which is easy to brush off the skin. The evening sunsets are famous and can be observed while eating or drinking in any of the numerous bars and restaurants along the esplanade. There is a cool breeze that blows off the sea which keeps things cool on warm summer evenings. The famous beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz can be visited using the free bus service provided for guests.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away, through lovely mountain scenery with ocean views. There are third party companies that will provide airport transfers and details can be provided under no obligation to the owner. Alternatively, car hire is available, although not essential because there are plenty of cheap local buses and taxis.
Distances
Calis centre for cash machines, shops, bars and restaurants is 1.5k. Fethiye town centre for major shopping, more bars, more restaurants and boat trips is 7.5k. Dalaman airport is 51k. Fethiye Tuesday market is 6.5k. Calis Sunday market is 2k. Nearest convenience shop is 0.9k.
Further details
There are many places of interest within striking distance of the villa. Saklikent gorge, Tlos ruins, Yakapark, Kayakoy ghost village, Gocek harbour, Dalyan mud baths, Kalkan harbour and various boat trips are all outings that can be done on day trips. Going further afield and probably requiring overnight stays are Pamukkale/Hierapolis, Ephesus and the Greek island of Rhodes (which takes 90 minutes by hydrofoil). Other popular resort towns on the Aegean coast are Marmaris, Bodrum and Kusadasi. There is no form of third party insurance for the villa. All tenants, their families, guests, and other third parties therefore enter the villa entirely at their own risk, they should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangements if desired. Therefore, the tenant accepts this and agrees that the property owner will not be held liable for any costs, expenses or claims for bodily injury or disease, whether fatal or non fatal, and whether caused by accident or otherwise.
Booking notes
25% Deposit is required and the balance should be paid 30 days before the holiday. A deposit of £200 is required to cover the possibility of any breakages, losses or damage to the property. The deposit will be refunded after the holiday subject to no breakage, loss or damage. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:- 60 days before holiday - full refund of deposit. 30 - 60 days before holiday - refund of 50% of deposit. 30 days before holiday - no refund of any monies.
