Da Delfina, Sofia and La Mare are 3 stunning duplex apartments, built on a headland next door to the prestigious Kalkan Regency Hotel, they are all furnished to a very high standard with taste and elegance and have marble floors throughout. The large terraces, balconies and roof terrace ensure access to probably the best views in Kalkan, Harbour, Turquoise Sea, Mysterious Islands and Brooding Mountains. The large circular pool is so inviting, and guests may spend their time socialising on the large sun terrace, that is equipped with comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. 10 mins easy stroll to the centre of Kalkan and the harbour. Guests receive 20% discount at the Regency Spa and also the Lykia Spa.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air-conditioned with integrated heating units for Winter lets. All windows are fitted with screens to enable you to sleep with doors and windows open. There are four apartments in this block and they have been built and finished to a very high specification, we have experienced no noise pollution when sitting out having breakfast or our evening glass of wine. Everything you need for a relaxing time is included in these apartments, including pool towels and Shower Gel. Cleaning services are provided twice a week, linen change etc. by Deniz our manager who is on site every day and will help you with local knowledge or any problems you may encounter. Bins emptied and general tidy each day. There is a welcome pack to greet you on arrival. We ask you not to smoke in the apartments, all rooms have balconies or terraces. Accessibility
The apartments are a 10 minute easy walk into town, there are steps to all apartments, Da Delfina and Sofia are on the ground floor. La Mare is a Penthouse but can be reached by a short flight of steps. Unfortunately there are no ramps to these apartments. Our apartments are next door to The Kalkan Regency Hotel and our guests receive a discount of 10% on food and drinks and also on the spa, so treat yourself to the best Turkish bath in Kalkan.
Outside
The large circular pool is set in a beautiful sun terrace with spectacular views over the ocean and mountains. There are sun beds and umbrellas for all, the 7 owners of the apartments have worked closely to ensure that all co-ordinate and plants have been used to create a relaxing ambiance. Close by there are 2 spa hotels where our guests will get a 20% reduction on all treatments.
Coast/Beach
There are many beach clubs all with water sport facilities, the nearest being a 10 min walk away, some can be reached by a ferry (free) from the harbour. Kalkan has a pebble beach, again 10 mins walk away. Patara, the endless white sands of this heritage site, can be reached by taking the Dolmus from the village and will take approx 15 mins.
Special interest holidays
The Lycian Way is a nationally recognised walk in Turkey, and there are many organised walks to explore beautiful views and the historic ruins in and around Kalkan.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport, transfer time approx 90 mins. A £10 visa is required before passing through passport control and must be paid for in sterling. Transfers and car hire can be booked via the owner, however car hire is not essential.
Distances
Kas, a fishing village with pretty harbour, 30 mins by car.
The sunken city of Kekova, a spectacular day, out is 1 hour by boat bookable in the harbour. Fethiye Market, 1 hour by car. Salikent Gourge (not to be missed), 50 mins by car.
Further details
Kalkan abounds with first class restaurants, most with roof terraces providing breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets to die for. The standard of local and international cuisine is extremely high, the only problem is how to choose?There are many quaint boutiques selling a range of goods from ceramics, art, fashion and of course those 'designer handbags'. Currency Turkish Lire, euros, sterling, ATMs available.

About the owner
We are a married couple devoted to Kalkan. We visited for 7years before buying our first property and always stayed at the Kalkan Regency. We are committed to giving our guests first class service at all times. We believe that holidays should be relaxing and stress free with a touch of luxury and this is what you will find when you stay with us. In 2009 we bought our 3rd apartment. I (Sue) deal with the bookings and the aesthetics and David with the decorating. I think I got the best deal.

Kalkan is a magical place and Delfina and La Mare are in a magnificent position secluded, yet close to all amenities. The view is of the sea and mountains, it's like lying in bed on a cruise ship all you see is sea. A 10min easy walk will have you in the centre of this beautiful village where every one will give you a warm welcome.
Unique benefits of the property
Our apartments have everything you would expect to find at home from Bodyform mattresses to 490 English TV channels including 12 premier football matches and unlimited film channels. If you have children then there are plenty of cartoons and shows to interest them. It is quiet and restful with alovely pool and spectacular views in every direction, the house-keeping service is second to none.
