‘White Lodge’ is Kalkan’s finest and newest luxurious boutique villa positioned in Komurluk which is known locally as the most prestigious area of Kalkan within easy walking distance into the historic town and offers breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the harbour and turquoise coastline. This stylish and chic villa is set in its own secure grounds, and is luxuriously furnished. With 8 large beds ideal for families/groups. 12m infinity swimming pool, a separate outdoor kitchen and covered dining area, a large secluded garden, and its very own indoor Turkish steam room and hamman. In addition there are 2 internal living rooms and kitchens and dining areas. Kalkan is known as the St Tropez of the Turquoise Coast and offers relaxation in addition to many activities from boat trips to parascending. The town is famous for its fantastic choice of quality restaurants, stunning harbour and bougainvillea lined streets avoiding mass tourism. It is near to Patara, Kaputas beaches and ruins.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on up to 16 people.
If there are less than 10 people then a negotiation on the weekly rate may be possible.
Basic price includes twice weekly clean and change of linens and 5-seater vehicle based at villa.
Additional maid/chef and driving services are priced additionally.
Changeover day
This is flexible however most flights arrive into Dalaman on Mondays or Fridays.

| Utility Room: | There is a separate laundry room in the stone basement with washing machine, steam iron and clothes dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living area is a mix of stylish antique and contemporary furniture including a large corner sofa, dining table, white grand piano, flatscreen TV and DVD. Large doors open onto terrace with sofas and sea views. Separate living room in basement. |
| Other: | The entrance hall has beautiful mosaics and leads to a white marble staircase and ground floor living space. The first floor landing has a spectacular chandelier and marble balustrade leading to bedrooms. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Villa is cleaned twice weekly when towels and linen are changed. This can be done daily at an extra cost. A resident maid can be available at an extra cost. A chef can be available for breakfasts, dinner etc upon request and priced separately. |

Accessibility
There is a steep ramp or small number of steps leading into the main house.
The main house has a ground floor bedroom on the same level as all of the living accommodation/swimming pool and main terrace.
The basement and garden suite are accessed by steps only.
Outside
The villa is set in landscaped secure grounds with a lockable gate for extra security.
The villa offers many relaxation areas and terraces in addition to the main terrace which has the 12m infinity pool, sun loungers, a shaded outdoor breakfast bar equipped with fridge/ sink and hob and 2 separate covered dining tables.
There is a spectacular secluded garden with a shaded cushioned quiet area with breathtaking views of the sea.
The stone basement has its own equipped kitchen with exterior mosaic dining table and sofas with sea views.
There is a further terraced area with sea views and sofas leading from the main house living space.
Each of the bedrooms have sea views and private balconies with comfortable chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
Kalkan town has a small beach which is 10 mins walk from the villa.
Kapatus beach is a stunning bay approx 10 mins drive from white lodge.
Patara beach is a must with its 18km of unspoilt white sand (15 minutes drive away).
The fresh trout farms in the nearby villages of Islamlar. Xanthos, the the ancient Lycian capital, Letoon with the remains of temples, buildings and amphitheatre.
Saklikent Gorge with its rush of icy water is the largest gorge in Turkey is approx 40 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
There is lots of interests in and around Kalkan mainly archeological sites. Scuba diving, various types of water sports. The main beach is in Patara which is 20 mins drive away.It has 18 kms of white sand, and there are regular bus service to this beach from Kalkan. Kaputas beach is a must visit as it is an absolutely beautiful bay only a 15 mins bus/car journey from Kalkan.
Travel
The nearest main airport is Dalaman and approx 90 mins drive. Transfers can be easily arranged at an additional cost.
Alternatively Antalya airport is approx 2 hours 40 mins from Kalkan.
The villa comes with a dedicated 5 seat vehicle however driving is not essential.
Distances
Nearest town Kalkan which is 10 mins walk into the centre. Also Kas is approx half hour drive along the coastline with fantastic coastal views and Fethiye which is 1 hour drive where they have a large market on Tuesdays.

Kalkan is known as the San Tropez of the Turkish turquoise coast. This beautiful and historic harbour town offers tranquility, activities and some of the best dining experiences to be found with over 150 restaurants catering for all budgets. The town is 15 minutes drive from Patara or Kaputas beaches, and Kalkan itself has a small beach which sits alongside the harbour, where you can take a shared or private boat for a relaxing day exploring the small islands with snorkling and lunch included.
The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations on Turkey's stunning Turquoise Coast. It nestles in the Taurus mountains which form a dramatic backdrop to Kalkan, offering far reaching and breathtaking views of the bay.
Visitors can enjoy exploring the bougainvillea lined streets, from the roof terraces and from the harbour where you can sit and watch the world go by whilst gazing at the gulets. There is a lively market in the town on a Thursday. The views are magnificent and the village still maintains its charm and character with cobbled streets and old Greek houses. Many people are still trying to keep Kalkan a secret. Kalkan is not short of pharmacies/doctors and supermarkets. There is a local market on Thursdays where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve weeks required which is non refundable and balance is due 6 weeks before departure. We do not take a deposit for breakages but also ask you to treat the property as it's your own and with respect.
