Set in breathtaking countryside, the development, (with a regular bus service), is close to the bustling harbour town of Fethiye, and the famous Mediterranean beach resorts of Ölüdeniz, the Blue Lagoon and Calis, with their many restaurants and amenities, and only 40 mins from Dalaman airport.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning to all rooms. The apartment is non smoking to aid in the comfort of our guests and to minimise the risk of fire. If you are a smoker then please ensure that this activity is confined to outside the apartment.
Outside
Main terrace (off living room)- large patio area with built-in barbeque, patio table and chairs, power outlet and outdoor lighting. Retractable washing line also fitted.
Open views to mountains and countryside, and the communal pools, (inc. children’s pool), for added peace of mind.
Large roof terrace on either side of the master bedroom. Small balcony to other bedrooms with outside lights.
Terrace 1 to rear of apartment overlooking the Oasis complex with partial views to Eren Mountains with 2 sun-loungers and small table (all day sun, so perfect for that all over tan).
Terrace 2 - to the front of the apartment, with spectacular mountain/countryside views. Patio table with brolly and chairs. Perfect for breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening.
Coast/Beach
A 15 mins walk along picturesque woodland path to beach with bar/cafe and variety of water sports. There's also a regular shuttle bus provided throughout the day from the complex. Close to the bustling harbour town of Fethiye, and the famous Mediterranean beach resorts of Ölüdeniz, the Blue Lagoon and Calis, with their many restaurants and amenities.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman Airport - approx 40 mins by car. Journey made easier now as there's a new tunnel through the mountain range. Transfers which we can arrange, cost £25 each way for 1-3 people (£50 return). £30 each way for 4-5 people (£60 return). £40 each way for 6-8 people (£80 return). £50 each way for 9-14 people (£100 return).

Further details
Fethiye, only 12kms from Yaniklar, is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll the beautiful marina, take boat trips, (including day trips to Rhodes), shop abundantly, eat in a huge selection of restaurants, drink in the many bars and dance the night away.
There is also a huge market each Tuesday in Fethiye that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices.
There's a regular dolmus, (bus), service running to Calis and Fethiye, and lots of excursions which can be booked locally to - Saklikent Gorge, Kaya Köyü (Kaya ghost town), Kelebek (Butterfly Valley), or Boat (Gulet) trips to secluded islands and bays.
Booking notes
We would require a 10% deposit, with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. (A £100 refundable deposit is also required with the final payment).

We all enjoyed the facilities of the complex especially the swimming pools but it was great to be able to retreat from the heat into the air-conditioned comfort of the apartment!
