Located on the fantastic Turquoise Coast with stunning views over the valley towards the sea with the fabulous mountains. Mature plants and trees in the garden gives complete privacy around the poolside and on the terrace. You can walk into Hisaronu in about 10 minutes or be on the famous Oludeniz beach within 10 minutes via the dolmus. Fethiye is 15 minutes on the dolmus. From the kitchen you access the outside terrace which is ideal for alfresco eating and for relaxing if the sun gets a little too hot for you! Air-conditioning in all rooms apart from one bedroom which has a free-standing fan. Ideally located within a few minutes walk from the aquapark which is very popular with both children and adults alike. Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Balconies to four bedrooms so you can take in the mountain views. All accessible windows/doors fully secured with iron grills. There is also an iron gate on terrace to prevent children wandering to the pool on their own.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible but you may need to vacate by 10am on the departure date.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel sink. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas/electric cooker, extractor hood, large fridge/freezer, ironing board and iron. Television for use with DVD player. |
| Living Rooms: | A large and very comfortable lounge with 2 double sofa's that make up to beds, one matching chair that can be made up to child's bed and nest of tables. Ceiling fans/lights throughout and a log fire for the cool evenings. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen is provided and the property will be cleaned once a week when bedding and towels are changed. This is payable by guests at the villa. Bathroom towels are provided but not beach towels. Kitchen linen is provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The pool is one depth of about 1.5 mts so is ideal for swimming but not for diving into. There is mosquito netting to all bedroom windows/doors so you can sleep without the irritation of being bitten. There is also the iron grilling to accessible windows and doors for extra security. Solar energy provides plenty of hot water. There are various games and jigsaw puzzles for those who enjoy doing them. There is a child gate that can be adapted to fit the doorway of the bedrooms for young children.

Accessibility
The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users, however, although the ground floor toilet is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair, there is no shower or bath so booking for a wheelchair user would be at the discretion of the guest.
Outside
On the ground floor terrace there is an oval wicker table that seats 6 - 8 people. There is also a gazebo on the poolside with a small table and chairs for a game of cards or an early evening glass of wine. There are two rocking chairs on the first floor balcony. The pool is not heated so would not be suitable for the winter months. It is approximately 7 x 4 metres in size.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 6km from the beach and lagoon at Oludeniz and 7km from the harbour town of Fethiye which is fabulous. One hours drive from Dalaman airport so there's lots to see and do.
Special interest holidays
There are daily boat trips from Oludeniz and Fethiye. Paragliding from the top of Babadag mountain is a daily sight from the poolside and you can fly on a microlight if you have the nerve! Lots of water sports available at Oludeniz too such as diving, pedalos, rafting or while the sun is setting over the sea you can have a relaxing drink and watch the paragliders coming in to land on the beach.
Travel
Dalaman airport is the closest airport and takes one hour by car. Antalya airport is three hours drive and there are domestic flights to/from Istanbul airport. Use of a car is not essential as you can walk in 3-4 minutes to a dolmus (minibus). However, car hire would allow you the flexibility to visit some of the fantastic sights in the area. Hiring a car is very easy as there are lots of places to choose from but don't forget to bring your driving license with you.
Distances
Hisaronu is approximately a 10 minute walk and there are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants to choose from. There are also lots of bars and restaurants in Ovacik and these are within easy walking distance of the villa if you want to be within walking distance.
Further details
Food and supplies can be bought locally at supermarkets in Ovacik or Hisaronu and they tend to stay open till late in the evenings as do the small local shops.

25% deposit is payable at the time of booking which is non refundable. However if we can re-let the villa the deposit will be refunded. £200 is payable as a deposit for breakages and this is refunded on return if all is well at the villa. Balance of fees to be paid 6 weeks prior to date of arrival. Transfers to and from Dalaman airport are not included in the charges but transfers can easily be arranged on your behalf.

About the owner
We are a mature couple who live in the Midlands area of the UK. We had to review our lives in 2003 when our working circumstances changed and we felt it was just what we needed to give us the push to spend some time overseas. We agreed on a five years plan to spend our time in Turkey which was a favourite of ours particularly the Ovacik area so from 2003 until 2009 we lived in our villa full time and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
We soon settled into the lifestyle and the wonderful attitude of the Turkish people helped us enormously. However, personal reasons dictated that we should move back to the UK at the beginning of 2009. But we lived our dream and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is 'sitting on the fence' and not sure what to do.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We loved holidaying in the Hisaronu/Ovacik area and had no problem deciding that was where we wanted to buy a villa. It's such a beautiful, relaxing place to be. We're ideally located for peace and quiet but yet only a minute away from the dolmus which takes you either to Hisaronu, Oludeniz beach or the harbour town of Fethiye. We're within walking distance of a variety of bars or restaurants so there's plenty of choice.
Unique benefits of the property
We have mountain views from all our windows and it's beautiful. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, you don't have to get under each other's feet! The villa is very private and has it's own pool which is unusually private. It's not on a complex and the pool side is surrounded by mature plants and shrubs giving maximum privacy. The ground floor terrace is exceptionally large and gives a lovely area to sit in the shade if you find the midday sun too strong. The pool is maintained and cleaned daily. We place high values on cleanliness and hygiene and we expect our villa to be at the standard we look for ourselves. We also stress the importance of security of your possessions and valuables and the villa has iron security grills to the doors and windows to give you some peace of mind.
