Palm II is immaculately furnished throughout, with excellent living space for 2 families. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 en suite rooms and a large 15 metre swimming pool. Palm II is central to Fethiye, Hisaronu and the famous blue lagoon beach in Oludeniz. Palm II boasts spectacular views and is nestled beneath the slopes of the Babadag mountain. Guests who stay at Palm II are welcomed to use the facilities at the nearby club Orka Hotel free of charge. You have the options of hiring both villas.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is monday, however it is worth asking as this can be flexible. Access to our property is from 3pm on arrival and 12pm on day of departure.

Outside
Palm II has balconies leading off of bedrooms 1 & 2 overlooking the pool and breathtaking scenary. There is a large balcony leading off of the living room from patio doors, with tables and chairs to relax on, overlooking the large 15 metre kidney shaped swimming pool. There are 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols with side tables. Garden area is landscaped, with banana and palm trees. The perimeter of the villa is totally enclosed by a wall and wrought iron gates. There is a drive way to park x2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia with its dramatic landscape will leave you in awe of its beauty. Oludeniz settles around a picture-postcard beach, backed by pine-clad hills. This is a place that is features on many a brochure cover. Our villa is a 10 minute bus ride from Oludeniz famous lagoon and beach.
Skiing
Palm II is 1 hour 30 minutes away from the nearest ski resort.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and is a 45 minute journey. Fethiye is a 15 minute bus (dolmus) ride to the marina.
Distances
Palm II villa is close to the lively, family resort of Hisaronu with its fabulous selection of restaurants/bars. Midway between the Turkish port of Fethiye with its vibrant bazaars, markets and shops. Our villa is a 10 minute ride from Oludeniz with its famous lagoon and beach. Local water park is a 5 minute walk away. Guests are able to use the the facilities of the club Orka which has a children's club, 1 indoor swimming pool, 2 outdoor swimming pools with a flume slide, Turkish bath etc.
Further details
Hisaronu is a lively village with an expansive choice of bars,
restaurants and nightlife. A stroll around the streets of Hisaronu will satisfy any shoppers appetite!
Hisaronu streets fill with shoppers on Monday for the local market, experience Turkish delicacies and the warmth of the people.
Booking notes
We require a 30% deposit which is non-refundable and the remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. I am able to book transfers to and from Dalaman airport to villa. Prices are: Up to 4 people £75. 5 to 8 people £85 return. 9 to 12 people £95 return. 13 and over price on application. One way prices are minus £20.00 from the above figures.
