To be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Arrival from 2pm.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite Shower /bathroom with master bedroom and bath. Plus toilet /shower room on same floor. Plus shower room toilet on basement floor. Plus outdoor pool shower. Total of 4 showers 3 toilets 1 bath which is a luxury in turkey. |
| Kitchen: | Gas cooker, combination oven fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all mod cons.sandwich/toaster, fruit juice maker, kettle ample cooking utensils,coffee maker plus more. |

Notes on accommodation
The pool is cleaned each morning. Air-conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge area. local bars restaurants over 50 places or along the riverside, great views in the evening. Dalyan village centre, which very safe area for all anytime of day.
Accessibility
An ideal base for enjoying the many surprises that fascinating Dalyan has to offer all ages and energy levels, including a 6km long unspoilt beach with turtles, ancient ruins, mud baths, diving, fishing, mountain biking/climbing, walking, flying and golf just a 25 minute drive away To mention a few!
Outside
There is a large pool 9 x 5m with a shallow end of 1.45 m and deep end being approx 2m, terraces also there are Terraces offering shade during the day by the pool, at night the large terrace area and pool are lit in the evening, where all can enjoy, before going out in the evening to one of the many friendly bars / family run restaurants in the local village centre, breakfast on the terrace!, what a great way to start a new day.
Coast/Beach
Local beach is 20 mins from Dalyan by local bus (which run all day to and from beach). Famous Turtle beach (Iztuzu Beach). Famous Dalyan mud baths and Natural Thermal Springs which have healing powers or from Dalyan river side you can go by boat to the beach which is a nice enjoyable way to go to the beach.then back to dalyan and enjoy a riverside meal at the different restaurants along the riverside.

10 min walk to Dalyan village centre or 4 mins by taxi to Riverside. World famous Turtle Beach sands is 20 mins away. 30 mins to Dalaman town centre, or Ortaca market/local town market is 20 mins by local domus which has more shops.

Travel back in time to visit the ruins in Dalyan. places of Great interest Caunos the lost city! Boat trips on the river and lakes and mud baths etc. Caunos dates back 3000 B.C years. you can travel back in time & see the ruins like the past l people, stand in the exact same spots for a fantastic view,Magical at night as all lite up at the Kings Tombs and learn about the history as there are tours there that will enhance and bring to life the city and views from these ruins without doubt this a unique place to be, a all round well being in the dalyan life style you will feel younger! the mud baths is must also Turkish baths for well being. Hi Michael & Vita Walker, we live in Sutton Surrey UK. i work for a Worldwide Courier Co, My wife works for a Private Hospital in Harley Street, Lon. Dalyan 2007 we were due to go to a timeshare apartment in Altinkum, the apartment was not ready, so we had two tickets for Izmir Turkey and nowhere to stay, the timeshare company offered us a 5 bedroom villa in Dalyan, where's Dalyan we both said! It's about 4 hours south from Izmir by road, Good luck! Anyway, we saw the photos of the villa & area & it was fantastic, so we both said yes! & that's how we ended up in Dalyan, our story started as they say! My wife's name is Vita, which Latin for life, so we call it Dalyan Vita (the Dalyan life). So let me show our Magical villa! Where all our Magic works!

We immediately fell in love with the area, Dalyan has something for everyone, beautiful environment, friendly local people & lots to do & everyone who goes there seems to love it, & makes a return journey at some time later,they say once you been its like a elastic band!! you will always want to come back & relive & share your experiences with your love ones, friends & family. Area is quiet & is close to the village, 10 mins walk where all the shops bars & restaurants are, Dalyan is extremely safe & relaxed village with a great atmosphere.
