Located on a quiet secure private complex with 3 pools and only five minutes walk from the main road to Bodrum where the Dolmos runs constantly. The peaceful village of Gumusluk is only 1km away and is one of the oldest settlements on the Bodrum peninsula. With its relaxed and magical atmosphere Gumusluk is the perfect antidote for modern-day living, it's a great place to unwind in an idyllic setting. Whether its the waterfront restaurants or warm shallow waters, Gumusluk is a place you won't forget! The villa is on a generous corner plot with mature private gardens. Inside is very tastefully furnished and has master bedroom with en-suite and sliding doors to the balcony. Two further bedrooms and family bathroom. The open plan living and kitchen includes all appliances with access to the private garden and terrace. The terrace has a purpose built barbecue and outside bar, perfect for those cocktails!

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-con, en-suite and access to furnished balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air-con. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and electric fan. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom has an en-suite with corner shower unit, wc and basin. The family bathroom has the same. Downstairs there is a wc and vanity basin. |
| Kitchen: | There is a well equipped fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, smoothie maker, toaster, kettle. Children's plates/bowls provided. |
| Utility Room: | Separate utility room with washing machine, clothes drier, pegs, linen basket, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Fully air conditioned open plan living area with comfortable 'L' shaped sofabed, armchair and foot stool. Feature fireplace. Extendable dining table and 6 chairs. Access to the terrace and outside bar. TV & DVD player provided with a selection of DVDs. |

All bedlinen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Cot bedding is also available. Additional cleaning/linen changes can be arranged for a small charge. |
Notes on accommodation
This villa would suit families and couples alike. The accommodation is comfortable and functional, with air-conditioning, and the wonderful 'chill out' balcony where you can relax on traditional 'bean' style chairs and cushions, whilst gazing at the stars!

Accessibility
The villa is in a slightly elevated position and has a few stone steps leading down to the front door. Therefore would probably not suit anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa stands in its own private walled garden, with maturing shrubs. There is a large terrace, partially covered giving shade for dining (especially with children). There is a purpose built barbecue and outside bar, perfect for mixing your own cocktails! Luxury sun loungers, hammock and large parasol provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the sunshine!
Coast/Beach
Gumusluk is the nearest beach being approx 1km. The local minibus runs frequently and takes 5 minutes. The beach at Gumusluk is very sheltered with warm shallow waters, ideal for children. Snorkeling and other water sports are also perfectly suited. Gumusluk is a protected area, being built on the ancient city of Myndos. The ruins can still be seen with a 'walk way' in the sea to 'Rabbit Island' where you might just spot a bunny or three! Or Bodrum is approx 30 minutes away with an Aqua park.
Travel
*Now with direct flightd from London to Bodrum with Easy Jet. Direct summer flights to Bodrum (BJV) are available from most UK airports: Onur Air, First Choice, Monarch, Excel Air. Or via Istanbul: EasyJet, Turkish Airlines, Onur Air. Flight time is approx 4 hours. Transfer time is 1 hour. Car hire is available from the airport, but not essential. Taxis are available at a standard cost or private transfer can be arranged if required.
Distances
The villa is approx 1km from Gumusluk. The towns of Turgutreis and Yalikavak are easily accessible my local mini bus or taxis with supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and bars. Bodrum is approx 20 km with large shopping centres, Aqua park, hypermarket, marina, beach and endless restaurants and bars.
Further details
Located less than a mile from the villa is the famous 'Limon' restaurant. Limon is situated on the hillside with uninterrupted views of the sea and the spectacular sunset. People travel as far as Istanbul just to experience this magical setting and watch the sun go down whilst sipping a cocktail!
Booking notes
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is payable by cheque or bank transfer. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure together with a security deposit of £100, which will be returned with 7 days of your return home.
