Short bus ride from the complex or walk will take you into Bodrum town centre, Gumbet beach and lively bars on bar street. Arte Residence is in an excellent location for all holiday makers. Markets are held every day of the week around Bodrum.

1 Dec-31 March prices do not include cleaning of £20 if booking is 9 nights or less. Prices are per week and are quoted in UK pounds. I can accept most currencies, please let me know your preferred currency. Discounts available for long term lets. Late availability bookings may be possible. Apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival - apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure - this maybe be flexible depending on other bookings. Prices include bedding and towel.

Coast/Beach
Gumbet beach is a small bus ride (10mins) on a dolmus from the complex. There are water sports available at Gumbet beach which included water skiing, pedalo, banana, flying fish and paragliding. Boat trips are available from Gumbet beach to take you around the Peninsula. There are also bars and cafes along the beach and sunbeds are available. The waters around Bodrum are ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling. Bitez beach is a 15 min bus ride from the complex.
Golf
The nearest golf course is approx 30 minutes drive away at Ortakent.
Travel
Bodrum airport is 30 mins drive from the complex (Arte Residence). I can arrange transfers from the airport to the complex which can be paid on arrival and cost approx £35 each way and can be paid on arrival to the complex. Taxis are also available outside arrivals. A local bus service (dolmus) stops outside the resort, and are cheap and plentiful. Arte Residence is an 10 min walk from main Bus Terminus. The nearest Supermarket is 5 min walk from the complex.
Distances
Arte Residence is a 10 minute walk away from Bodrum centre, and Marina or 5 minute bus ride (dolmus), here you will be able to take boat trips to other parts of Turkey, day trips to Kos and fishing trips. Bodrum castle is situated by the Marina. The complex is 10 min bus ride from Bodrums Water park. Oasis shopping centre is 10 mins walk away from complex, here you will be able to wine and dine in the open air restaurants, shop until you drop or watch a latest movie in English.
Further details
Boat trips are availabe from Bodrum Harbour to take you around the Peninsula, stopping at the tranquil bays, beaches and villages. Padi diving courses are available in Bodrum, and with the waters of the Aegean coast being warm and calm and the colourful variety of sea life-you would not want to miss out. For the party animals, Bodrum has Europes biggest open air nightclub called Halikarnos and a glass bottom catarmaran leaves Bodrums marina nightly.
Markets are held everyday around Bodrum's towns.Remember to haggle, the best buys are jewellery, leather, crystal and clothes, whilst shopping the locals will offer you some Turkish Tea (Cay) try it, its lovely. Something else you should also try is a Turkish Bath (Haman).

Deposit of £100 is required at time of booking (non refundable in case of cancellation). An additional £100 is required as a refundable deposit, which will be held against loss or damage to the property, this would need to be paid with full payment. Full payment would be required 8 weeks prior to departure. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
