Here on the most Western leg of Turkey, we can offer a fabulous climate with lots to do. Boat trips, culture, wildlife or relaxing in the sun. The 2km sandy beach of Ilica is nearby, and offers safe shallow waters and a silver sand that an hour glass could not retain. Cesme with all its bars and restaurants is a thermal town, and hot, thermal, cure all, springs are close to hand. The magnificent city of Izmir is only 50 mins away, and a 15 min dolmus ride will take you to the quaint Turkish village of Ildiri with it's ancient amphitheatre, panoramic views, and seafood restaurants, or to the stone village of Alacati that hosts the buzzing weekly market, and is an absolute must for a very special, night out (no plastic tables and chairs there). If you fancy nipping back to Europe, a ferry boat will have you on to the Greek island of Chios in about 45 minuites. Getting about is hassle free, particularly in peak season, when buses, virtually on the doorstep, are regular, and very reliable.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1: large double with good storage. This room is large enough to take another put up bed or cot if required. Bedroom 2: small single with good storage. |
| Bathrooms: | Shower room, with wc, and small wash hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | 4 burner hob with extractor fan, fridge with small freezer compartment, fully equipped cupboards and drawers, kettle, toaster, and table and chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | A sofa bed and coffee table, and occasional wicker chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Normally, linen will be changed weekly, and towels every 2 days, but this is negotiable. Baby sitting, is available, but negotiable with the owners. |

Accessibility
The property appreciates some very beautiful scenery from its elevated position, but the steep road (although short) may not be suitable for those with mobility problems. There are also garden steps down to the apartment.
Outside
The apartment has a private garden, with furniture, BBQ, and a sea view.
Coast/Beach
Although the property is coastal, the best beaches are to be found just a few minutes drive away. The best of all being the Sheraton Hotel beach, with its warm, clear, azure waters, beach bars, and water sports.
Special interest holidays
The accommodation owners do not provide special interest holidays, personally, but this place may be of great interest to birdwatchers, hikers, painters, and all those who enjoy the outdoor activities, and those who do not.
Travel
Izmir Airport is 1 hours drive away, down a quiet and very picturesque motorway. Car hire would certainly be a great advantage to those who seek to explore, but not essential. This can be arranged through the owner, if required.
Further details
Local shops and banks are close at hand.
Nearby Alacati hosts the windsurfing championships, and is a very big attraction to experts and novices. Lessons are available.
Sifne, is an ideal place to enjoy, the cure all, mud baths, and thermal waters.Believed to relieve everything from acne to rhuematism. This area is also reputed to be one of the healthiest places to live worldwide, owing to its high oxygen levels, and low level contamination.
The local beaches are Blue Flag.
Booking notes
To make a reservation, please contact the owner direct. A non returnable deposit of £75 is required to secure the reservation, and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For UK bookings the transfer of monies can easily be made through a UK bank personally or online, without incurring a fee. A receipt will be issued.
