The Grey Villa is a luxurious, very spacious modern villa. It is situated 100m from the sea and has uninterrupted sea views from all rooms with an amazing roof terrace and private pool with contemporary water feature. Both ideal locations for a BBQ and a glass of wine at the end of the day to watch the infamous Kisla sunsets. Other amenities include, flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD, laundry and utility room, air-conditioning throughout and private parking. Kisla is quieter than Kalkan and has a rustic, laid back charm. If you manage to drag yourself away from the Grey Villa, there are a handful of quaint bars and cafes, where good quality food is served. The Mahal beach club is a 2 minute walk, another great place to spend the day. For a wider choice of bars and restaurants, head into Kalkan, approx 20 mins walk. The Grey Villa is an ideal holiday if you are looking for total peace and tranquility with all modern, stylish amenities in an amazing location.

Sliding patio doors from living room and kitchen/dining area, leading onto outside area, steps into the private infinity pool with contemporary water feature. Sun loungers x 4, parasol, large hammock, glass top dining table with 6 x chairs in shaded area, BBQ. Uninterrupted sea views. Private parking.
Coast/Beach
The Mahal beach club 2 minute walk. Coastline 100m. Kaputas beach 10 min drive. Patara beach rated one of the best beaches in the world with 18km of pure white sands, 20 min car or bus drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman. From which is a 1.5 hours drive to the Grey Villa. We can arrange transfers for you either car or mini bus depending on the size of your group. The driver will meet you at the airport and take you direct to the villa. Please ask for details.

Booking notes
Prices are for the Grey Villa are per week, sleeping up to 6 adults. The villa has many steps leading to main entrance, and does not have wheel chair access. A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before departure. For late bookings, 100% payable at time of booking.
