Yasmin is a spacious two bedroom impressive duplex apartment on two floors comfortably sleeping five, set in a private complex of 24 apartments that share two swimming pools and a child pool. Situated with a flat easy walk to Hisaronu and on the main dolmus routes for Olu Deniz beach and Fethiye. Enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes and stunning views of Babadag mountain whilst sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with special attention to detail to ensure you get the most from your holiday. Notes on accommodation
This bright and airy apartment on two floors is fully air-conditioned and can be heated in the living room and both bedrooms. Hair dryers are provided in each bedroom. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Outside
Two good sized shared communal pools with jacuzzi and sunbathing areas. Children's pool and gym. Personal sun loungers, cushions, table and umbrella are provided for your use around the pool. Leisure chairs, umbrella on balcony. Set in well maintained landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
The breathtaking coastline and beaches of Olu Deniz are a 7 minute 'dolmus' ride, where you can choose a relaxing day on the beach or participate in more activities, scuba diving, para sailing, or jet skiing. Just a stroll away is the lively village of Hisaronu with an abundance of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The main town of Fethiye is 10 mins by dolmus famous for it's harbour side restaurants and weekly market. In season the dolmus runs every five minutes from outside the complex.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 55kms 40 minutes away. Transfers can be arranged at time of booking. Websites for flights: Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Thompsons, Aegean, Jet 2, Flydeals. Turksih Cyprus airlines.
Distances
Fethiye is a 10 minute dolmus ride to the lovely harbour or famous Tuesday market. Oludeniz (Blue lagoon), only 7 minutes by dolmus, has a 3km beach in a natural lagoon, where you can swim ten months of the year. Kaya Koy is 10 minutes away or a 40 minute scenic walk. The dolmus charges 1.75 lira for the journey from Hisaronu to Ovacik. Taxis are readily available but cost more.
Further details
Hisaranu has two major supermarkets, post office, currency exchange outlets and ATMs. The numerous friendly restaurants cater for all tastes offering Italian, Indian, British, Chinese and traditional Turkish cuisine. Bars and nightclubs are open until the small hours of the morning and they will accept sterling as well as Lira. Generally the exchange rate is much better here in Turkey than in the UK. In Hisaronu the shops sell a fantastic range of clothes, jewellery and souvenirs and you can enjoy yourself bartering at the weekly Monday market. If you want a more lively holiday the Aqua Park is only 200 yards from the apartment and a variety of exciting trips or activities can be booked locally - scuba diving, quad bikes, jeep safari, Turkish baths, paragliding, rafting. Or more leisurely trips through the unspoilt Turkish countryside to see old settlements, rock tombs, hidden gorges, boat trips around the 12 islands or visiting the bays of Oludeniz.
Booking notes
To secure your booking we require a non refundable deposit of £100. Remaining balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A £200 cheque as a standard security deposit is required to cover any breakages or damage. (This is refundable on condition no damage has occurred during the let).
Guest comments
We love your apartment as it is and found it very comfortable and homely. There was absolutely nothing that we wanted for and it is ideally located for us. We were the last to be picked up for activities, which gave us longer in bed and the first to be dropped off, which meant out to dinner at a reasonable time. There are some excellent restaurants along the road, offering meals at a great price, (Rock Pool) and the walk into Hissaranou is not onerous. The gardens and pool area are lovely, as is the scenery from the windows and the owner of the Morning Star was very friendly.
We had a great holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the area and the great restaurants etc, especially the New Home Café in Ovacik which we went to for lunch and dinner and was especially good. We also went to Olu Deniz one day, and bought our fish at the Fish Market in Fethiye and got it cooked in the restaurant etc.The apartment was lovely with every facility and great balcony overlooking the pool. After visiting our cousin who had decided to move to Turkey - we fell in love with this beautiful area
We decided to buy an apartment with the best mountain views in Hisaranu and visit every year to chill out from our demanding jobs.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We can only describe the location as a holiday for all from beaches to mountains, peace and quiet to thriving towns
Every time we visit there is always something on our list to do when we come back, and we always leave behind more friends than when we started.
Being in the hotel industry for 15 yrs means we have added extra touches that make a difference when you are on holiday - making packing easier!
This is confirmed by our guests who always send lovely notes about their stay and what they have done.
We don't want this lovely part of Turkey to change but to remain offering warm hospitality, a variety of foods,culture and fabulous weather!
Unique benefits of the property
We bought this apartment initially for our holidays before deciding to rent it, so it hasn't just been furnished as a holiday home. We have added all the things we want to find and use whilst we are there from picnic bags to BBQ and English teabags...
Each time we visit we add a few little extras to make a difference especially now the airlines have cut down on luggage - we include beach towels and hair driers.
The views from our balcony are stunning and we are situated close enough to walk into the town for the shops and restaurants, but not the noise.
Guests have commented how easy it is to catch a dolmus and when they book trips they are last to board the coaches and first to arrive home.
