Maviblu is a fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with its own large private pool. Situated in an elevated position and boasts wonderful views of the surrounding Taurus Mountains. The villa is set in landscaped gardens. It is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. Consisting of an entrance hall, separate kitchen, open plan living room with patio doors. Balconies off both bedrooms. Outside there is a large covered dining terrace with stone built barbeque, which overlooks your own private pool. There is a large terrace around the pool and a pergola for shade. Ideally situated for local amenities with free daily transfer to the famous Blue Lagoon beach. Only 5 mins walk to Ovacik Village with ample bars, restaurants and shops and a regular dolmus service to neighbouring towns of Fethiye 10 mins Hisaronu 5 mins and the picturesque town and beach of Oludeniz all nearby.

Changeover day

Outside
Large private pool - 45sq.m with outside shower for the sole use of guests, Landscaped private gardens with large sunbathing terrace which is well equipped with sunbeds/cushions, parasols and tables. Shaded pergola with table and chairs and lighting which overlooks the pool. Perimeter and pool lighting at night.
Coast/Beach
Free daily transfer to the famous Blue Lagoon Beach. Oludeniz beach 10 minutes away by car or dolmus. Both beaches have varied water-sports, world famous paragliding, bars, restaurants and shops.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. Transfers can be arranged for an additional cost.
Car hire is not essential as most places are within easy reach of the villa on foot or by local dolmus.
Distances
The villa is 5 minutes walk from Ovacik, which is situated between Hisaronu and Fethiye, approximately 10 minutes either way by dolmus or car. Patara Beach, Sakklikent, Tlos, Gocek, are all easily accessible by car or bus.
Further details
Fethiye offers everything shoppers could wish for, a large shopping area, bazaar with restaurants, bars and an excellent fish market. It has a large weekly market on a Tuesday (a smaller version of this at Hisaronu on a Monday). Enjoy a walk along Fethiye's beautiful harbour and stop at one of the many restaurants for something to eat and drink or take one of the various boat trips. Hisaronu and Oludeniz come alive at night with shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is no shortage of things to do in this area, Ovacik has many bars and restaurants and small supermarkets. There are a huge variety of leisure activities locally - including horse riding, jeep safaris, paragliding, scuba diving and sea fishing. Not to mention tours to places of archaeological interest. The villa has a representative service on hand for information and to advise you of some of the best places to see while on your stay.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to confirm a booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to your booked date. At this stage a £200 good housekeeping deposit is required. This is returned to you within 10 days of your departure if no damage has occurred. We recommend you take out the appropriate travel insurance as no responsibility will be accepted by the proprietor. Transfers, Extra cleaning, Fresh linen, Grocery pack, Cot and High chair available at additional cost.

What a beautiful villa, spotless with all mod cons. Good position between Hisaronu and Fethiye, dolmus at the end of the road so hardly any walking. Lots of restaurants on your doorstep.
