A modern 2 year old furnished apartment in great location, with easy access to town and beach, pool shared by only 4 apartments in total, small garden area equipped with BBQ, pool and gardens maintained daily, air-conditioning throughout. Very large, top brand fridge freezer, microwave with grill and convection oven built in, kettle and toaster, 2 balconies, one with great mountain views, no car necessary. Cleaning and airport transfers all arranged by owner (transfers 2 ways from £80 return for 2 people, to £95 for 6 people by private, air-conditioned vehicle). All bedding supplied, walk into Hisaronu Town in less than 10 mins. Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk, nearest bar less than 5 mins walk, catch dolmus bus to Oludeniz Beach at end of road (1 min walk), bus to beach takes 5 to 10 mins and the famous blue lagoon is just to the side of the main oludeniz beach. Enjoy a host of water sports or paragliding off the mountain down to the beach (bookable at Oludeniz Beach), if you dare!

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is first floor in a small block of only 4 apartments which share one pool, there are marble stairs from ground floor entrance to apartment door, there is also a marble staircase inside the apartment which goes from the ground floor to the first floor bedrooms. Parents of small children should be aware of the marble staircase inside, as there are no child gates and one would not want small children sleeping alone upstairs because of the open marble staircase.

Accessibility
1st floor apartment with marble staircase from ground floor to apartment entrance, and interior marble staircase which goes from ground floor of apartment to 1st floor bedrooms and bathroom, so not suitable for people who can't walk up one flight of stairs.
Outside
4 sun loungers available for private use of the apartment, shared pool with only 3 other apartments, shared garden area with pretty borders and plants, housing large wooden shared dining table and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
5 to 10 mins by local dolmus bus to the famous Oludeniz Beach and blue lagoon, catch the bus at the end of the road outside the apartment, 1 to 2 mins walk to bus stop, walk if you fancy it, probably takes 15 to 20 mins to beach, all downhill but you may want to get the bus or taxi back as all uphill! The local dolmus buses come by every 5 to 10 mins in season and cost next to nothing. If you don't know Oludeniz Beach and the blue lagoon, check it out on the Internet, it's beautiful and famous!
Travel
Private transfers by air-conditioned car or people carrier, to and from Dalaman Airport can be arranged by owner. Current costs are £75 to £100 return depending on number of guests, from 2 to 6 adults, from airport to apartment by private transfer takes 30 to 40 mins.
Distances
The main town of Hisaronu is 5 to 10 mins walk from apartment door, no transport is required, the nearest supermarket is round corner from apartment, and nearest bar is less than 5 mins walk on the road into town, if you wish to visit the main harbour town of Fethiye, with famous market and fish market, you can catch local dolmus bus and be there in 20 mins. Or take a taxi and be there in 10 mins, as previously stated the famous Oludeniz Beach resort and blue lagoon are 10 mins down hill by bus.

Guest comments
The apartment has not previously been rented out to guests, up to July 2008 it has only been used by owner and close friends.
