Notes on accommodation
The 2*2 Bedrooms are on the ground & first floors. The 3 Bedrooms is on the first floor. Conditioned, clean, fully & nicely furnished, very spacious apartments, safe location, towels and linen provided, clean swimming pools.
There is iron, ironong board, clothes airer, balcony chairs & table.
Please note that pets are not allowed, long term renters welcomed.
Please do not smoke inside the apartment, smoking is only permitted in the balconies.
There are car parking facilities at both complexes if you want to hire a car.
Camellia Court Complex is 1 minute walk away from Paradise Complex. Each complex has its own swimming pools. The following facilities are located in Camelia Court but shared with Paradise: mini bar with satellite TV, restaurant, gym/fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna. Busy complexes, friendly holiday makers, opportunity to make some new friends. The care taker is always on site to assist with your needs.

The apartments are close to 3 local beaches. There is a regular bus service 5 mins from the complex to the beaches and it takes approximately 15 minutes. Walking takes about 30 minutes. The apartment is close to water park.
Golf
There are plans to build a golf course near the complex soon.
Travel
The nearest airports are Bodrum (approx 80kms) and Izmir (approx 95kms).
Bodrum Airport takes approximately 1hr. The international airport is open b/w October and May, and closed for the other months. The local airport is open all year round.
Izmir Airport takes approximately 1hr 45mins. The airport is open all year round. British Airways,Turkish Airlines, and other airlines fly directly and indirectly to Bodrum & Izmir.

Distances
The Local bus stop is 1 minute walk from the complex. There is a regular bus service to the Beaches, Town & other Tourists locations/Activities, at a cost of 1.50Lire per ride.
The Saturday market is 5 mins walk from the complex. They sell lots of fruits, vegetables & clothes at bargain prices.
The complex is approx 10-15 minutes walk from the city
centre, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping mall, banks, bureau de change, hospital.
The water park is approx 15 mins by minibus

Te Aegean Coast has beautiful seas and golden sands. The surrounding areas have sandy beaches, water sports activities, boat trips, other local and tourists activities/attractions. The climate is warm, 30-40 deg cent in summer.
Altinkum Area - Altinkum means 'golden sands'. It has beautiful beaches, a mix of bars, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and local/tourist activities for people of all ages. It has a very friendly atmosphere and the locals are welcoming and relaxed towards tourists.
DIDIM is a quiet town, ideal for tourists. The popular tourist attractions include the 3 beaches, with crystal clear blue sea (activities include boat trips, sailing, wind surfing, jet skis, snorkeling and diving); Saturday street market (an opportunity to haggle); Apollo Temple (Ancient Time Sacred Place); Ephesus (The Ancient Roman City); Pamukkale (Cotton Fortress); variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets. All are easy to reach, by walking, car, bus. Local activities include diving, swimming, walking, fishing, wind-surfing, mountaineering, paragliding.

Booking notes
If you are interested in renting, please call or email to confirm availability & request a booking form. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. This will be refunded if cancelled 6 weeks before arrival and non-refundable if cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment and brokerage fee is required 6 weeks before arrival. Brokerage fee of b/w £130-£150 is held until inspection. This will be refunded after departure (less deductions for damages, if any).
