Accessibility
There are a number of steps on the property so apartment Lara is not suited to people with mobility difficulties.
Outside
Mature gardens surround large, sun terrace and BBQ area. Complete with outside table and chairs. These facilities are shared between three privately owned apartments within the block. The pool and terraces are cleaned daily, gardens watered and pool maintained.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is 200m from the sea. Kalkan beach club is 10 minutes walk down hill. It has a beach bar and restaurant, also operates a boat service to the harbour. Villa Mahal, a highly acclaimed hotel with a beach club for both residents and non-residents is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Nearby Kalkan Beach is just to the east of Kalkan harbour, it (and the surrounding water) has earned a Blue Flag award for cleanliness. The stunning kaputas and Patara beaches are short drives away.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is approximately 120km and 90 minute transfer.

The apartment is a short walk (15 mins) or 3 min taxi ride from the centre of Kalkan.
The nearest supermarket is located behind the apartment some 100m away.

Booking notes
Please check the availability calendar before enquiring. To secure a booking a £100 non refundable deposit is required with the balance, due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. A loss and breakage deposit is also required of £100 to be paid at the time of paying the balance. This will be returned subject to no breakages, damages or losses. In the event of you having to cancel, a loss of deposit will apply.
