This new apartment is one of 6, set around a pool and lovely gardens. A very peaceful location set on the outskirts of Fethiye, but within walking distance of the beautiful harbour and its shops, restaurants, bars nightclubs, etc. Close to Calis, easily reached by bus or boat taxi. The world famous beach of Olu Deniz is a short bus ride away. Big terrace and garden in front of the apartment for sun bathing, with colourful flowers. Supermarket Azda is only 2 mins walk away for your shopping. Many excursions can be done like boat trips, jeep safari, mud bath, diving etc.

| Bathrooms: | 1 bathroom with wc, washbasin, mirror, and walk in shower with glass screen. Shaver point. |
| Kitchen: | Open plan in to lounge. To include fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils included. |
| Utility Room: | Small utility room with washing machine, electric immersion heater for winter months. Solar panels are fitted. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 1 chair and a coffee table, and a nest of tables. A glass fronted log fire for the winter months. TV and DVD player with English channels. Double patio doors to balcony with sunbeds, table and 4 chairs. Air-con hot or cold. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedlinen included, they are changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned weekly. |

Outside
Set in very pretty gardens with flowers and fruit trees, a stream with bridges over runs through the back of the apartments. Sunbeds available. Patio area with a barbecue. Private pool shared between 6 apartments, small children's pool. A very safe and private area perfect for couples or families.
Coast/Beach
Calis is the nearest beach it is a popular tourist resort and has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Olu Deniz and the famous lagoon can be reached by bus 30 min away, this is the most photographed beach in Turkey.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman 45 min away, it is open all year round and has flights daily, airlines include Thomas Cook, First Choice, Onur Air, Fly Thomas Cook. Transfers can be arranged at 30 pounds each way for up to 4 people. Car hire is available locally but local buses are frequent, cheap and reliable.
Booking notes
Deposit 20% non-refundable, and full payment 8 weeks before departure. If less than 8 weeks - full payment with booking. Payment to be made by bank transfer.
Guest comments
My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment recently. We found it to be very easy to get around with local buses taking us to Calis, Olu Deniz, Fethiye was within walking distance. There is a supermarket 2 min walk away. It was a peaceful location yet only 10 min walk into the town of Fethiye. The owner lives next door and could not of been more helpful, we will be recommending this lovely apartment to our friends and family.
