The accommodation is generous and flexible. The bedrooms, with 2 huge terraces maximise the sun and cool breezes in the valley and have exceptional views of the countryside and mountains. The villa is on a complex with facilities which include the beautiful large swimming pool and gorgeous gardens. There are a total of 5 villas in the complex and the atmosphere is always calm and relaxed. The owners also live on-site and are on-hand to assist in any way they can. The villa is generously furnished and appointed and includes delightful features including a working stone fireplace for those cooler evenings and outside day beds for the warmer ones!

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival should be after 2pm and departure before 12 noon but this can be flexible according to reservations.

Notes on accommodation
Welcome hampers on arrival include; wine, milk, bottled water, fresh organic eggs, organic honey, jam, sugar, tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh bread, olive oil, salt, pepper and a selection of local spices, vinegar. Washing powder, dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls are supplied and replaced as used by the daily maid service. Towels, pool towels and linen are also provided and changed twice weekly.

Accessibility
The villa has 3 stone steps from the terrace into the garden and a ramp can be provided. The downstairs is all on 1 level and consists of a generous size bathroom with walk-in access on 1 level and a downstairs twin room with its own private terrace and seating. The complex is all on the same level with no significant steps, however, the rural location means the access roads are a little rough and uneven.
Outside
The stunning colourful and fragrant gardens and the huge dark tiled pool are shared with the other villas with plenty of wooden sun-loungers and bamboo umbrellas. The gardens have traditional Turkish cushioned seating areas, perfect for lazing the day away with a book. The pool is large and welcoming with a Jacuzzi and baby pool and wide steps. Delicious village organic breakfasts, meals and drinks from the fantastic on-site restaurant can be served to you in your villa, as well as ice-creams and pool-side snacks. For supplies the nearest shop is just 3 minutes walk and the local supermarket a 10 minute drive.
Coast/Beach
Located 15 mins from the world famous beach resort of Oludeniz, you are offered the unique flexibility to relax in tranquil & luxurious surroundings, enjoy nearby beaches or partake in a huge variety of activities from walking and exploring the historical treasures of the area to horse riding, paragliding, jeep safaris, Oludeniz resort beach and nightlife and Gulet cruising round the spectacular coastline to name but a few. The unspoilt beach at Gemiller is also just 15 mins from the villa.
Travel
60 minutes from the new airport at Dalaman and a 4 hour flight from all the major UK airports. Transfers from the airports can be arranged at the time of booking.
Distances
5 mins from the nearest corner shop and various great village restaurants. 15 mins from Oludeniz Beach. 10 mins from Hisaronu and the supermarkets. 15 mins from the bustling market town of Fethiye. Within easy access of a variety of stunning places of interest including the gorge at Saklikent, the castle at Tlos, and numerous beaches.

Mild winters are often wet with snow only above 1000m and some early morning frosts.
Fresh sunny spring (March, April and May) is good for walking, exploring, photography, painting and sketching and site seeing.
Hot to very hot summers with high daytime temperatures (we have excellent air conditioning) and warm evenings are ideal for eating outside.
Autumn, from mid October provides beautiful warm days great for walking and exploring, you will need a sweater in the evenings.
