The retainer payment is to protect against any damage done to the Villa during your stay. The Villa will be checked by the property management team following your departure and if all is ok the payment will be returned to you immediately

Coast/Beach
The beach is approx. a 20 min walk. Belek offers seemingly endless white beaches. The numerous beach resorts with its views of the pine forests in the background, the river flowing into the fields from the Taurus mountain is balm for the weary mind & body. The water is calm so it is safe for children to play & swim while you can relax and enjoy the sunbathing. For the sports enthusiast there is a wide variety of water sports to choose from. There are also many restaurants & bars on the beach.
Golf
Turkey is an emerging golf destination for world golfers, who are discovering that the country offers all year round weather and in just a few hours away by plane. Belek is a true paradise for golfers it has over 12 championship golf courses. two designed by Faldo & Montgomery. With two new courses due to open in 2008. The courses cater for all levels of golfers and offer golf academies and many golf packages. Belek recently featured in Golf world's, Golf escapes 2007, as one of the golfing destination recommended. The quality of the courses are excellent and golfers can expect challenging yet enjoyable rounds of golf in magnificent surroundings.
Skiing
The Antalya region is known for its mild winters with sun bathing possible most of the year round. However, in winter it also offers the option of skiing and snowboarding approximately 1hr 30 mins from Belek, in the Beydag mountain range which is 50km north-west of Antalya. Saklikent resort offers winter sports. It also has restaurants and shops. In the months of March & April you can ski in the mornings and return to Belek to sunbathe in the afternoon. The skiing season lasts from Dec15-April, best season Jan - March. The resort offers ski lifts, ski lessons, ski & snowboard hire.

Travel
Antalya Airport is approx. 30 minute drive.
Transfers to and from the Airport can be arranged.
Car hire is not necessary, but if you wish to travel around you can organise car hire via Antalya airport.

Belek town centre is approximately 10 -15 minutes walk from Villa.
The Beach is approximately a 20 minute walk from the Villa
Antalya City is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Manavgat and Side town are approximately 35 minutes drive away.

Many of the local banks offer ATM facilities which allow you to draw from your bank account at home.
Turkish currency is Lira but many establishments will accept Euro, Bank of England sterling & Dollars.
Shops, bars and restaurants stay open to very late.
Belek offers religious places of worship for most religions, in the Garden of Tolerance. There is a Mosque, A Synagogue, A Temple and a Church where inter denominational services take place. There is a huge Bazaar held next to the Mosque in the town centre on a Saturday.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% made at time of booking and remainder of deposit paid 3 weeks before rental begins.
A retainer fee of £100 is required to protect against any damage done to Villa during your stay. This will be returned to you immediately following a check of the Villa by the property management team following your departure.

I never stayed in a more luxurious villa. The beautiful decor, the contemporary & comfortable furnishings the privacy of your own pool, patio and gardens made me feel I was staying in a 5 star hotel. The golf courses were magnificent and everywhere was within a short walk away. will definitely be back in Belek & Belek Golf Villas.
