Detached villa recently completed to the highest standards, comprising 4 en-suite bedrooms: one ground floor which enables wheelchair access from outside and poolside (with disabled-friendly bathroom), three upstairs, two with furnished balconies The villa has an open-plan living area on the ground floor, with fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and CD player. In the garden there is a beautiful furnished wooden traditional kosk for chilling out and protection from the sun. Alongside is a bar, barbecue and shower. There are some mountain bikes and a child's trailer for guests to use. There is also a security safe for the use of guests.

Accessibility
There is wheelchair access from the garden gate via a specially constructed ramp. The whole of the ground floor, including the en-suite bedroom is disabled friendly.

Outside
Beautiful landscaped walled garden. Private swimming pool which is 43sqms. Patio with table and 8 chairs for outside eating and drinking. Sun loungers and parasols. Kosk with carpet and high quality cushions and traditional table. Bar and barbecue adjoining. Shower. Depot for bikes and storage. Drying area. Upstairs balcony with Turkish table and 4 chairs.

Coast/Beach
The nearby beach is accessible by a local minibus (dolmus), by bike, hire car or by boat. Iztuzu Beach is 7miles of golden sand and the best option is to take one of the regular boats that wind along the river and through the beautiful reed beds to the open Mediterranean Sea. It takes about 30 mins and costs about £2.

Golf
This year (2008), a new 18 hole golf course is due for completion at Sarigerme (12 miles away).

Special interest holidays
The area is a World Heritage site. It is famous for the loggerhead turtles' (Caretta Caretta) breeding ground on the nearby beach. There is a stork (Ley Ley) sanctuary in Dalyan and it is home to hundreds of other birds, including sea eagles and kingfishers. The ancient ruined city of Caunos (3,000 BC) is nearby and has only recently been excavated. In Dalyan there are views of the world famous Lycian rock tombs, which are lit up at night and provide a fabulous setting for an evening meal at one of the many riverside restaurants.

There are jeep safaris, microflight flights, mud baths, thermal sulphur springs, kayaking, canyoning and traditional Turkish baths. The famous ruins at Ephesus can be reached within 2-3 hours.

Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman. Car hire is not essential as there are taxis available for the 30 min drive from the airport to the villa. Transfers can easily be arranged when booking. The villa is walking distance to the centre of Dalyan (where there are over 60 restaurants). The local minibus service is cheap and frequent.

Distances
Central Dalyan is 5 mins walk. Fethye is 45 mins by car. Marmaris is 1 hour 15 mins by car. There are several good travel agents (especially Oruc) in Dalyan who arrange a variety of interesting excursions

Further details
There is a small store 200m from the villa and 3 larger supermarkets in the village at 0.5km and 1km away. There are many restaurants offering a wide range of dishes.

The local bank and 2 cash machines offer money exchange. Local lively market for fresh produce and bargain designer gear on Saturdays.
