The apartment is situated on the top floor of this apartment block and overlooks the small complex. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, separate dinning room, toilet and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is the main shower room, 1 twin bedroom and the master bedroom with full on-suite facilities. There are 4 balconies to this apartment, 1 leading off the lounge and 1 off the master bedroom overlooking the pool area. There is also 1 off the dinning room and 1 off the upstairs hallway overlooking open grass land. The complex has a large pool and small childrens splash pool area. The apartment is only a short walk away from the main boulevard where all the local shops, market and bus stops are. From the boulevard you can catch the bus to the beach, and many other places including the Apollo Temple which is only a 7 minute bus ride away. If you wish to eat out there are numerous restaurants near by which will provide a free pick up and drop off service.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has triple wardrobe with 2 bedside units and full En-suite bathroom. The balcony has a B.B.Q. area that overlooks the pool. Upstairs twin bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 double wardrobe. Downstairs twin bedroom has the same as upstairs. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom has toilet, wash basin, bath with shower over. Main shower room has full enclosed shower, toilet and wash basin with storage cupboards above and below. toilet toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has oven with 4 ring hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and toaster. There is also an iron and board, washing basket, 2 clothes airers and various brushes for cleaning purposes. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has 2 sofas, table, tv with satellite, hi fi and dvd player. The dinning room has a dining table with 6 chairs. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning with remote control units. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaning is provided prior to rental and after leaving. Except for beach towels all other linen and towels are included. |

Accessibility
As the apartment is on the top floor there is 3 flights of stairs (consisting of 35 steps) which would be unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a patio table and 6 chairs on the lounge balcony, and a BBQ. on the master bedroom balcony. Small grass areas with shrubs are around the edge of the complex. There is a 10 x 4m swimming pool with a small splash pool for children.
Coast/Beach
There is a bus service that runs on the hour past the apartment from 8.00am till 7.00pm that goes down to the beach area past the shops. Altinkum's translation means 'golden sands' and the three beaches here are just that, clean with clear blue waters.
Golf
There is talks going on regarding building an 18 hole golf course near by, but not for completion till 2009/2010.
Travel
Transfer time from Bodrum airport approx 1 hour 15 minutes away. Transfer time from Izmir airport is approx 2 hours away.
Both these airports can be reached via most airports from England.
If required we can arrange the transfers for you at a cost of £60 for a party of 4 people, 5 to 6 people costs £80.
Distances
There are so many places you can visit either by car or excursion. Car hire prices start from around £20 per day and rise to £35 per day depending on the car. With a 15 minute walk to the main boulevard you can catch a bus to nearly anywhere within a 2 hour radius so car hire is not essential.
If you want to explore more at your own pace, then we suggest you hire a car it can be so much more fun.
Further details
Whichever restaurant you choose to eat in, you are always made welcome and there are numerous ones to choose from nearby. There are lots of local shops, but if its gifts you want then the dolphin square area is the place to buy them and don't forget to barter for your goods.
This area of the Aegean coast is really superb for it's views across land and sea. There are so many places of interest in this area including the house of The Virgin Mary where it is said she spent the last days of her life and is now a shrine to her. Ephesus is in the same area and is one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. If you fancy some fun in the water why not try the Aqua Park 15 minutes up the road. Akbuk is a lovely place to go, with it's sandy beach, scenery and relaxed atmosphere. Bafa lake is another lovely scenic area which you pass from Bodrum airport to Altinkum which you should see at your own pace.
Whatever you choose to do, the weather here will always make it worthwhile. From mid April to the end of October you can expect temperatures from the mid 20s to as high as mid 40s in August back down to mid 20s again in October.
If you have young children there is a creche literally 3 minutes away in case you want a few hours to yourselves. This is not part of the complex but guest have left youngsters there and said they were very well looked after. The creche is run by a scottish lady so there is no problem with the language.
Booking notes
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 is also required at 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after your arrival back home. If your departure is less than 6 weeks then payment is required in full.
