Each villa has its own shaded terrace, furnished with table and chairs, also BBQ for alfresco dining. The garden and pool have stunning mountain views. Turtle Beach, 5 kilometres of gently shelving soft sand, framed by a backdrop of pine covered mountains is a short boat or bus ride.

| The villa has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, with twin beds, bedside table, traditional stripped wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and balconies with stunning mountain views. First floor bathroom with shower. The ground floor is spacious and open plan with ceramic tiled floors and marble staircase leading to the first floor. There is a well equipped fitted shaker style kitchen, with 4 ring gas/electric hob, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Dining area with handcrafted pine table and chairs to seat 6, bright airy lounge with 2 double sofa beds, open fire, downstairs wc and under stairs utility room with washing machine, iron/ironing board and clothes airer. Notes on accommodation
There is a weekly maid service, extra cleaning can be arranged if required. The pool and gardens are attended daily. All bedlinen and bathroom towels are provided, please bring beach towels. Electricity, gas and hot water is included in the price. A welcome hamper or full fridge are available on request. Car hire can be arranged at special rates.
Accessibility
The villas are a level walk from the town centre, but are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The villas are situated in a large garden, filled with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. There is a lovely large private pool, surrounded by a sun terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Each villa has its own shaded terrace, furnished with table and chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The pool and garden have stunning mountain views.
Coast/Beach
The local beach, Turtle beach is a 15 minute boat or bus ride. It has been voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, there are 5 kilometres of gently shelving, soft golden sands, framed by a backdrop of pine covered mountains. The gently shelving shallow water is ideal for children. Due to the fact that it is home to the Loggerhead Turtle, it is a protected conservation area, meaning no building is allowed. The only buildings are a thatched wooden cafe, toilets and changing rooms.
Special interest holidays
Special activities such as Turkish cookery lessons, Turkish language lessons, yoga, reiki, massage, aromatherapy or emotional dance can be arranged.
Travel
Dalamn airport is only a 20 minute drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged at a reasonable price. Car hire is not essential, but can be arranged at a special rate for guests.

Kaunos (ancient historical site), 5 mins on boat, then 20 mins walk.
Mudbaths, 10 mins (by boat).
Dalaman town, 20 mins (bus or car).
Gocek (lovely seaside village), 30 mins (bus or car).
Koycegiz (lovely lakeside town), 20 mins (bus, car or boat).
Marmaris (large seaside town), 1 hour (bus or car).
Fethiye (large seaside town), 1 hour (bus or car).
Further details
Dalyan is a charming riverside market town, bustling, friendly and interesting but uncommercialised. There are a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants which overlook the river, opposite stunning rock tombs carved high in the cliff, with boats plying between Lake Koycegiz and the vast unspoilt Turtle Beach, a beautiful long, sandy beach framed by a backdrop of pine covered mountains. It has been named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is a conservation area, meaning no building has been allowed on the beach, other than two wooden thatched cafes serving snacks, drinks and ice creams, toilets and changing are also plenty of sunbeds and parasols available. The beach can be reached by boats (the fares are very cheap) which run continually throughout the day from the town, this is a fantastic 15 minute journey not to be missed, which takes you down the river past the stunning ancient rock tombs. There is also a bus which runs every 15 minutes throughout the day and stops. 2 minutes from the villa, which takes you on a spectacular ten minute journey through the mountains and past a beautiful lake to the beach. Also on the river are the mud baths, with restorative powers, supposedly after bathing in the mud you will look ten years younger! great fun for kids and adults!
Activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, white water rafting, sea kayaking, island boat trips, moonlight boat trips, horse riding, quad biking, jeep safari, turtle watching, village tour, Turkish bath, thermal springs, yoga and Turkish cookery classes are available as well as excursions to local ancient sites such as Caunos and those a little further away such as Ephesus and Pammukale.
