The main feature of this beautiful 3 storey villa is the gorgeous uninterrupted sea views from all floors. Fully air-conditioned. Communal swimming pool. Private garden. Fully refurbished this year and is fully equipped. Interiors are brand new and tastefully decorated. For your comfort we have hand-picked extras that will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our favourites are the blue bean bags and the barbecue. Have a look at our pictures! Villa Katerina is located in the Banazlilar residential compound, in the town of Yalikavak. Yalikavak was a small town until 1990 and rapidly developed after becoming a municipality. Despite development and a new world class marina, special attention has been put on maintaining local heritage, as well as nature protection. The monk seal (Monacus monacus), which is under UNESCO protection, has Yalikavak its natural breeding place.

Outside
Villa Katerina has a private garden, 2 terraces and a tiled top floor which can be used as an extra terrace to admire the landscape from. The residential complex has a brand new shared swimming pool with sea view.
All terrace and home equipment is included: barbecue, teak table, 8 teak chairs and teak side table, parasol to be used on its own or with the teak table. 6 bean bags.
Coast/Beach
Banazlilar residential compound has a communal swimming pool. Shall you prefer the beach, it is only a short walk downhill. For private beaches, the closest would be located at the new Yalikavak marina, 2 minutes by car. More beaches are located around the Bodrum peninsula. Each has its own style and personality.
Within walking distance of Yalikavak you can view the rock tombs of Küdür Bay or visit the old deserted Greek village of Sandima with its water falls and spectacular view of the bay.
Travel
For your peace of mind, upon arrival at the Milas airport, you will find taxis with pre-established fees on public boards. For the remaining of your stay, we strongly recommend you rent a car. It is the most practical option and it is relatively inexpensive: approx £20 per day, less if you rent for several days. You can also rent motorbikes or take a dolmus (shared taxis) and regular taxis. There is a dolmus stop down the street of the main entrance of the residential complex.
Distances
Due to Yalikavak’s central location on the peninsula, the surrounding areas of Geris, Kürdür, Gümüslük, Turgutreis, Torba, Gündogan, Göltürkbükü (Türbükü) , Gümbet, Bitez and, of course, Bodrum are all within easy reach by dolmus, taxi or hire-car. A 25 minutes car journey will get you to the vibrant centre of Bodrum. The glamorous nights of Türbükü, which is visited by local and international celebrities such as Uma Thurman and Tom Hanks, are only 15 minutes away by car.

The nearest supermarket, bank, restaurants, etc are located in town only a few minutes by car. Yalikavak is host to a myriad of quality restaurants of international and local cuisine. Try Yalikavak’s famous sea food and enjoy the spectacular sunset with a cold beer. As for other leisure options they include organizing a boat trip from the old harbour or charter your own yacht. The crystal clear Aegean sea and protected beaches are an excellent spot for swimming and diving.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The remainder is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of £200 is due with the balance. The deposit is refundable prior to departure and after inventory check.
