Villa Jasville was built by a local builder to an extremely high standard in a beautiful peaceful location in Dalyan, yet just a short walk to local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The villa has 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and is furnished to an extremely high standard with all mod cons and comforts including air/con, TV, DVD and PS2, CDs and books to name but a few of the home comforts. From the wrap round terrace you can look out over the patio, large private pool (12.5m in length), additional children’s splash pool and BBQ area. Every effort has been made to help make your stay here a true 'home from home' experience.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days are offered. Arrival time is after 3pm.
Departure time is 10am, but flexible if no new guests arriving that day.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops, including, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, large frost-free fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and glassware you need. There is also a teapot and a thermos cafetiere. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board and iron is provided in the villa. Portable clothes airer and outside clothes line. You will even find a sewing kit and rechargeable torches. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge with access to the terrace is spacious and comfortable with seating for six and has a TV, DVD, MP3 CD/Radio, PS2 and MP3 speakers. The sofas convert into double beds. The dining area has a large table with 6 leather chairs and display cabinet. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Villa is cleaned prior to arrival and again midway through a 2 week stay. All bedding and good quality towels are provided and changed every 7 days. Pool towels are also provided. Pool and gardens are maintained daily. |
Notes on accommodation
All main rooms feature remote controlled air-conditioning to maintain a comfortable room temperature indoors whatever the time of year. The terrace which is child friendly has sculptured wrought iron railings and a lockable gate.

Outside
There are patio doors leading from the lounge and double bedroom to the large wrap round terrace with table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the stone-paved patio area around the kidney shaped pool (45 sq.m area 12.5m length) child/splash pool (9 sq.m). The patio has 6 padded sun loungers, small tables and parasols. There is also an outside fresh water shower close to the pool. A separate barbecue area has been constructed with built-in BBQ, great for cooking the fresh fish that is readily available in town. In one corner of the garden you will find a traditional hammock where you can relax looking out to the mountains. The garden has lemon, orange and mandarin trees together with flowering shrubs.
The garden is completely enclosed by a traditionally finished Turkish wall and ornate wrought iron gates. Outside lights are provided next to the patio doors and in the terrace roof and along the boundary walls. The pools are also floodlit.
Onsite parking for one car.
Coast/Beach
The area around Dalyan is a national conservation area and home to numerous varieties of birds, and three types of turtle, including the protected loggerhead Caretta Caretta sea turtle. A 10 minute walk will take you to the riverside in Dalyan or 20 minutes by dolmus to the beautiful Itsuzu Beach (Turtle Beach), a boat can also be taken to the beach.
Travel
Dalaman International Airport is 30 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is not essential as there is a very good local bus service from Dalyan to all major towns nearby. Cars, mopeds and bicycles can be hired locally in Dalyan. Many local tour companies run excursions to historical sites (a day trip to Rhodes is possible) and Dalyan boat corporation also have many varied excursions on offer e.g. thermal mud baths, turtle watching and turtle beach to name a few.
Distances
From the villa it is a gentle 10 minute stroll into Dalyan town centre. Ortaca is 20 minutes by Dolmus (local minibus). Daily buses can also be taken to many larger towns including Fethiye (50 minutes) and Marmaris (1 hour).
Further details
Dalyan town centre, with its pretty cobbled streets is only a 10 minute walk from the villa and has fabulous selection of restaurants, bars and cafes - many of them are open until midnight - which serve a great variety of cuisines including wonderful Turkish dishes. Dalyan has 5 supermarkets, 2 fishmongers and 3 butchers, as well as many smaller shops selling locally produced fruit, vegetables and ice cream. Markets are held in many local towns, 2 of the best are in Ortaca on a Friday and Dalyan on a Saturday. Also in the town centre there are 3 ATMs, a post office and a branch of the local Turkish Is Bank.
Booking notes
A deposit of 10% of the full rental price is required to be paid by cheque to secure the booking and is non refundable. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Full payment will be required for late booking reservations made within 8 weeks of holiday departure. We do not take a breakages deposit, all we ask is that if any item is broken that it is replaced on a like for like basis. Please note that the pools are not available November - March.
