Our villa has a fairly unique location situated at the edge of the old town with clear views of the sea. It is less than 3 mins walk to either the restaurants and shops and 3 mins walk to the beach. It is a relaxing place to be and yet with such close proximity to all amenities. The owners live at the villa for 6 months of the year and the furnishings are of quality with comforts you would expect at home.

Changeover day
Changeover day preferably Monday but we will try to be flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with twin beds, en-suite and 2 balconies with sea views and air conditioning.. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, en-suite air conditioning and balcony overlooking the sea. We have a camp bed which could be used for a younger guest. |
| Bathrooms: | Shower rooms and toilets are off the bedrooms. Downstairs we have a shower room with toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen garden with table and chairs in private walled patio garden. |
| Living Rooms: | A lovely spacious lounge with 2 comfy sofas and chair.Television and radiio cassette player. Patio doors lead to front garden with outdoor furnishings and magnificent views. In the garden there is bougainvilla, banana tree, roses hibiscus and more. |
| Other: | Change over day is usually Monday but we will try our best to be flexible. Unless otherwise arranged we require guests to vacate the villa by 12 noon on the day of departure. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned once a week during your stay. Towels and bed linen will be changed weekly. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. The garden is maintained regularly and the pool is maintained every day. |
Notes on accommodation
The owners would prefer non smoking guests. Please note: the pool is not fenced off and does not have a shallow end.(it is 1.4 metres deep). There is also an adjoining shallow dip pool.

Outside
We have a patio leading from the lounge sliding doors with excellent sea views. Here there is a verandah to give shade if you wish it. There is a table and 4 chairs and room for 2 sun beds if you wish. From the kitchen there is a kitchen garden with table and chairs.There is a roof terrace again with chairs,table, sun loungers and magnificent sea views.
The pool is at the back of the house and shared with 2 other villas. We have 4 sun beds with mattresses and 2 parasols by the pool.
Coast/Beach
3 mins to beach. 2 to 3 mins to harbour.
Further details
Situated at the edge of the old town and is 2 mins walk to either the restaurants and shops and 3 mins to the beach. It is a relaxing place to be with such close proximity to all amenities. From the lounge view there are no houses in front of us. We do have 2 ruins of old greek houses and these in our opinion enhance the coastal path with magnificent sea views.
Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of £100 at time of booking. Full balance 6 weeks prior to departure. The owners do not accept responsibility or liability for accidents, injury or theft.
Guest comments
We have just had 3 sets of guests this year. The first ones said they felt priveledged to stay at our home and we will be hearing from them again very soon. They were amazed we would rent out. The second ones thoroughly enjoyed and would like to do a house swap with their property in Spain and the third guests have already booked for 3 weeks in August 2009.
