Detached villa with own swimming pool, mature planted garden and shady terrace. Local food shop 5 mins away and walks in the countryside to delightful restaurant. Dalyan has many local possibilities with a lovely beach and conservation area for loggerhead turtles. Trips down river to mud baths, lake and archaeological site. Many excursions available from local travel agents at reasonable prices. Colourful Saturday market and local jewellery and craft shops open throughout the season.

Small BBQ portable, loungers, table terrace and chairs. Private swimming pool medium to small 3x6ft at deep end. Garden and pool managed and maintained by local company.
Coast/Beach
Turquoise coast Dalyan has an unspoilt sandy beach that is reached by public boat or bus about half an hour. it also has a conservation beach for logger head turtles. It can be walked but a long way!
Travel
Dalaman 20 mins drive, transport can be arranged. Car hire not essential but can be arranged.
Distances
Fethiye and its local market about an hour Epheseus stunning roman ruins 3 hours.
Further details
ATMS and one bank about 3 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and shops of interest.
