Villa Beloulou has its own private entrance with a few steps leading up to the swimming pool and terraces, then a few more steps leading to the villa and yet more terrace areas. There is a large open plan sitting room and dining area, with TV and DVD. The kitchen is separate to these areas. Stairs lead up to two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor - one double with extra single bed and one twin. On the roof terrace level there is another double bedroom with en-suite. The large roof terrace has stunning views of Kalamar bay - perfect for watching the Kalkan sunsets.

Outside
As well as the terrace by the pool for sunbathing, there is a large, covered area outside the lounge which has an iron table and chairs to sit outside. There is also a large BBQ for guests to use. A path and garden run round the outside of the house. Bedroom one has a balcony on which 2 people can sit. The roof terrace is large enough to sunbathe or accommodate all guests for seating.
Coast/Beach
Kalamar beach club and Kulube (beach club) are 5 minutes walk down the hill from the villa. Kalamar beach club do offer a pick-up/delivery service. Kalkan also has its own pebble beach. The beautiful beach of Patara is a 25 minute drive, and Kaputas beach - also stunning - is a 10 minute drive.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and is currently a journey of 1½ - 1¾ hours.
Distances
Kas is a half an hour drive from Kalkan along the picturesque coast. Fethiye is about 1 hour 10 minutes away, and has a large harbour, castle and rock tombs. There are many historic sites within ½ hour - 2 hours away. The gorge of Saklikent is about one hour's drive from Kalkan.
Further details
The Thursday market sells fresh fruit and vegetables, many cheeses, t-shirts, bags, ceramics, shoes, table cloths, fake watches and many other things. There are a few select bars in Kalkan. Watersports and boat trips are available daily.
Booking notes
On confirmation of booking, you will receive a booking form which should be sent together with a deposit cheque of 25%. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, together with a damage deposit cheque for £150. This damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of returning from your holiday, provided no undue damage has been done to the villa.
