This brand new apartment is situated on the ground floor of the recently built complex. It is very convenient for the families with small children and aged people. It is very light and cosy. The Goldsand Complex has everything you need for rest: the swimming pools, the restaurant, the tennis court, the crazy golf, the children playground. Moreover, it has 24 hour security and English speaking staff.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds. A discount of £10 will be available for any fortnight booking during the summer months (May to October 2008).
The apartment will be available for winter let from November to March 2008 from £50 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day and arriving/departing time are flexible.

| Kitchen: | This spacious kitchen has everything you need for your home cooking: a fridge/freezer, a gas-stove, a microwave oven, a toaster, a juice squeezer, an electric kettle. It is fully equipped with all necessary crockery. |
| Utility Room: | The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, line dryer for using on the balcony or inside the apartment. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious, large and light living room has a big double sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a DVD player and a powerful air-conditioner. |
| Other: | Also the apartment has a safe lockable items and a barbecue which is very convenient to use on the balcony or in the garden right beside the apartment. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). The property is fully cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. |

Accessibility
You won't need to go upstairs! It is very suitable for people with mobility problem and families with small children.
Outside
The complex is situated in a beautiful landscaped place. There is a semi-Olympic pool and small pool for children.
The apartment has a big balcony with garden view. There is the table with chairs and the barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The main beach is 7 minutes driving from the complex. Free shuttle bus is available for our guests. Altinkum has sand beaches, the coast is shallow, it is very convenient for families with small children.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum, it is around 90km from Altinkum, about 1 hour driving. Also you can use Izmir airport, it is about 150km away and about 90 minutes driving.
We can arrange the airport transfer and the air tickets for additional payment upon your request.
Distances
Goldsand Complex is 15 minutes walking from the Apollo Temple, 7 minutes driving from the main beach (free shuttle bus service for guest is available), 10 minutes walking to the city center and to the weekly street market, 10 minutes driving to the Aqua Park, 10 minutes walking to Migros supermarket.
Further details
Goldsand Complex is very close to the city center where you can find many restaurants, supermarkets, banks and shops.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required for booking confirmation which is non refundable upon cancellation, full balance payment at least 3 weeks before travel. A £50 refundable security deposit will be required when the balance is due. Last minute bookings can be negotiated. Please call or contact by e-mail for availability.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable and of a good standard.
It was very hot so the air conditioning was excellent
The complex was great and the people there very helpful and friendly. The bus service into Altinkum was good and dropped off along the way at restaurants and supermarkets when asked. A nice touch was the trip to the market.
All in all we had a good experience at the apartment and enjoyed it very much. We had a good time.
