Main penthouse bedroom has balcony with sea-views, twin beds, 4 fronted wardrobe and own air-conditioning. 2nd bedroom has balcony, double-bed, treble-fronted wardrobe and own air-conditioning. 3rd bedroom has double-bunks, double-fronted wardrobe and own air-conditioning. There is a bathroom, WC and basin and a separate shower-room, WC and basin. The washing-machine completes the equipment on the lower duplex. Above there is a large balcony with outdoor furniture. Living room with air-conditioning, coffee table, double sofa-bed and 2 matching chairs. Satellite TV. Dining-table and 4 chairs. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, iron, vacuum cleaner, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils. |

Coast/Beach
7 minute walk to Altinkum Beach, which is a kilometre long sandy beach, facing South. There are 4 other beaches a longer walk or a short car journey away.
Travel
Nearest airport 1 hour away is Bodrum. Altinkum and Didim are walking distance but we can arrange car to pick you up at airport, which you then hire. if you like. The driver will have the keys and turn everything on in your apartment
Distances
Ephesus is 80 minutes away. Bodrum is 1 hour by boat. Soke Market [every Wednesday] is 1 hour by local bus [dolmus].
Temple of Apollo is minutes away by dolmush, as is main Didim town and University.
Further details
Many Turkish banks and very helpful HSBC. Carrefour and Migros supermarkets. Over 80 restaurants, 100s of shops and an out-of-town water-park. Port, marina and yacht-club plus 2 golf-courses ready May 2009. Akbuk inlet is like an inland lake, where the wooden Turkish fleet was moored in the winter. At Akbuk, eat at Camli down by the water-side. An equally nice setting is Mama's restaurant at Beach 2 in Altinkum.
Booking notes
Ring to confirm dates. Prices can be discounted outside of summer with prices as low as £23.33 per person per week! Initial payment is 50% plus returnable £100 deposit. The latter is not applicable for returning guests. Balance is due 6 weeks before start date. You can download booking form from website.
