The villa is fantastic! It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden and large outside eating area. Enjoy eating al fresco with the villa's built-in barbecue! Watch the sunset from a comfortable lounger whilst drinking wine on the large roof terrace! The villa is located outside of busy Kusadasi. It is conveniently located on a dolmus route into town. These shared taxis are a convenient and cheap and a very cost effective way of travelling as they run every 5/10 minutes. There are several small family-run restaurants within walking distance. The beach is only a short walk away where many watersports can be enjoyed. Waterskiing, banana boat, pedaloes etc can be enjoyed here. The beach stretches for 14 miles along this part of the coast and there are restaurants aplenty serving freshly caught fish and Turkish specialities as well as something more simple for the kids!

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1, double bedroom with balcony & en-suite. Bedroom 2, double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 3, double bedroom with balcony. Bedroom 4, twin bedded room. Bedroom 5, single room. Plus 1 double airbed. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has a corner bath, shower, sink and WC. En suite to bedroom 1 with shower, sink and WC. En suite to bedroom 2 with shower, sink and WC. Separate downstairs toilet with sink. Outside shower room. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all of the necessary equipment - a dishwasher, microwave, lean mean grilling machine, oven, large fridge, kettle and toaster. There are also plenty of pots, pans and dishes should you wish to enjoy lazy nights in at the villa. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board and this room is conveniently located on the top floor with access to the back roof terrace with a washing line. Clothes dry here very quickly! |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has large comfortable seating with a television offering satellite television. There is also a DVD player and Playstation. |
| Other: | The outside area of the villa is very comfortable. There is a large wooden table with chairs and cushions plus several big loungers. This eating area is protected from the sun by a large pergola which has recently been built around the house. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for younger children as the whole of the outside area is secure. The two gates that are used to access the property can both be closed to allow younger guests a large safe and secure playing area.

Outside
Outside the property there is a small grassed area and opposite the property is a large grassed area for children to play on. The shared pool is directly in front of that and is fenced with a modern glass fence for safety. It offers a large swimming area with a separate baby pool. There is a small playground on the site and also a basketball area which the children can use.
On the outside terrace there is a built in barbecue area and an outside sink area. We also have 3 bikes for your use whilst on holiday.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 10 minute walk away. At the beach you will find a selection of restaurants along the 14 mile stretch of golden sand. Some of the beaches offer better facilities than others. The Silver Sands Beach is our particular favourite. Here you pay a couple of pound for loungers and sit right along the beach with comfortable chairs and parasols if you need them. They offer watersport activities and service on the beach for cold drinks etc. Many a day we have stayed to watch the sun go down.
Travel
The nearest airport is Izmir which takes about 50 minutes to transfer from. Bodrum is a little further taking about 90 minutes. Transfers or car hire can be arranged at an extra cost.
Distances
The dolmus (public transport) runs from the site entrance both into town and to the National Park at Davaultler. There is also a small zoo located on this road approx 1 mile from the villa. There are buses also that take you to the waterpark 'Adaland' which is well worth a visit! The historic site of Ephesus is also accessible by public transport, taxi or excursion.
Further details
In Kusadasi many of the restaurants offer a pick up service and will collect you and offer a door to door service, they will also bring you home! Private cabs from town are approx £10.
Booking notes
A returnable deposit of £250 is required with a 25% deposit on booking. The balance of the holiday is due 28 days before.
