A new fully furnished 2 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool and air conditioning. Located in the mountain area, so peace and quiet is assured. Alanya center is about a 15 minute drive and the beach about 5 minute drive away. It has 1 double and 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed and chair in the living area. It has a large veranda overlooking the 8m x 4m private pool. It has 24 hour security. The complex is lit up during the evening.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and two bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds with storage for clothes inside and a bedside cabinet. Just lift the handle at the end of the bed. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and basin. |
| Kitchen: | Modern open plan kitchen with cooker (3 gas and 1 electric ring), electric fan assisted oven, extractor fan with light, extra large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, full range of high/low level cupboards. Breakfast bar. |
| Utility Room: | This is at the back of the villa and is used for storing the lilos, rings, balls for pool use and pool equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a TV, Satellite, DVD player, double sofa bed, air-conditioning. X Box, board games and cards. |
| Other: | Outside is a covered veranda, so when it gets too hot, you can chill out under there with a beer or 2. Also stored in the Villa are an hairdryer, hair straighteners and an iron. Outside shower. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Tea towels and bedlinen are included. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and fresh bedlinen fitted. Towels are supplied. Bring your own Beach towels. |

This is a perfect ideal holiday accommodation. Get away from everything and soak up the sun. Relax and get yourself a good tan. Ideal for couples who just want to be alone. A good family holiday, which will keep the children occupied.

Outside
The garden is well maintained, gardener on site, there are 4 cushioned sun loungers, table and 5 chairs, private 8 x 4m pool. Veranda for when it gets to hot. Lovely views of the mountains and the sea.
Coast/Beach
Large beach which is about a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful harbour for boat trips is in Alanya which is a 15 minute drive away.
Golf
Belek were there is a choice of nice golf courses is about 45 minute drive away. Information on the courses and how to book is available in the villa.
Travel
Nearest airport is Antalya International which is just over an hours drive. Airport transfers can be arranged. We can give you contact details of a car hire company which works out at 180 euros per week that includes being collected from the airport and being taken back at the end of your stay. We find this great value for money. Car hire is advisable as the Villa is in a remote area of Mahmutlar.
Distances
Mahmutlar is only a 5 minute drive and it has all the amenities you need. Shops, restaurants, bars etc.
Alanya is a 15 minute drive, excellent nightlife, boat trips, castle.
Further details
In Alanya there are so many excursions. For those who enjoy a somewhat slower pace there is ten-pin bowling, mini golf, a Turkish bath. A pharmacy, dentist, doctor are all within easy reach. Many of the restaurants and clubs offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service.
There are information guides in the Villa. Included are restaurants, activities and excursions. Information on restaurnats that do a collect and return service.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of booking. Final balance is due six weeks prior to departure. A bond of £100 by way of a cheque required at the time of balance due. Bond returned within 10 days of your arrival back home. If you decide to book for 2 weeks then a £50 discount will be offered.
