Coast/Beach
Dramatic mountains rising steeply behind, a gulf of turquoise clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea stretching out within Gokova Bay and nestled between the characteristic red-roofed, whitewashed houses with ornate pine-timbered eaves and balconies strewn with brilliant pink bougainvillea nestling at the foot of the Sakartepe Mountain. The beaches are surrounded by olive groves, rocky crags and pinewoods, and dotted with idyllic fishing harbours.
