Quiet location, but only 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants/bars, beach and onto the bustling town centre.

Notes on accommodation
Newly fitted out for the 2008 season. All bedrooms fully air conditioned with heaters inbuilt. Cots can be provided- please request when booking.
Accessibility
Lower ground floor flat is all on one level.
Outside
Both great for kids as the development is private and has no through traffic; also overlooks the swimming pools to the rear. Large 35m pool with separate children’s pool adjacent. Plenty of sunloungers around pool. The facilities are shared with other villas.
Coast/Beach
Loads of beaches in the area. Nearest one is Town beach (see photo), but you can get to several by using the services of the local Dolmuses (minibuses). These shoot up and down the main sea road a couple of minutes stroll away from the accommodation. They cost very little (50p-£1 each person) and run pretty much 24hrs in season.
Travel
Izmir airport (Adnan Menderez). Takes about 45 mins to drive to the site on the new motorway. Bodrum airport takes around 1-1¼ hour’s to drive. If your feeling adventurous Istanbul takes about 8 hours to drive on good modern motorways.
Further details
Close to local Migros supermarket over by marina. Kusadasi has a fantastic market every Friday. Just head to town centre, you can’t miss it. Why not stock up and have a go at the BBQ at the villa! 2 large water parks for kids old and young are just outside town and arrange free transport for visitors from town. The ancient ruins of Ephesus can be combined with a visit to Mary Magdalene's house in the hills.
Day trips to Bodrum, Pammakale and Izmir are easily arranged. Also don,t miss out on boat trips on local boats called Gulets. These can be for a few hours or all day and leave from the marina or are stacked up at the pier leading to 'Bird Island'. You can see them from top terrace of the villa. The town itself is is lively and full of good restaurants and bars.
Those who want the liveliest area should head to bar street with its late night clubs and drinking dens. For a more sedate evening their are some fantastic seafood restaurants nearby overlooking the marina. Shopping is varied and generally very cheap. Lots of choice in the old town bazaars or the new boutiques at the cruise liner landing stage.
Booking notes
20% deposit (non returnable) to secure booking. Balance 8 weeks before holiday. A £150 security deposit is required. This will be returned within 21 days of return if everything okay. Cancellations: 6-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-6 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
